The property was quiet in general, but it is close to the highway so you can hear cars racing. The room was comfortable, good mattress in bed, no issues with AC system, water, nor mini fridge or microwave. Cleanliness needs improvement.

This is not 5 star by any means, but it was clean, quiet and 3/4 miles from downtown Valley View where we had dinner reservations with friends. The beds are very comfortable.

One star at best, they claim breakfast but none. So close to the highway i can hear what type of engine.
