The location is very good, right in Sliema. If you book a sea view room, you will be facing the beautiful sea directly. The room is also very big. The breakfast is also good. The price/performance ratio is good. There are many restaurants, bars and supermarkets around. It is very comfortable to walk on the seaside trail at night. This is my second stay. The deluxe sea view room I booked was changed to a side sea view room when I checked in. Because I took photos of the sea view room when I stayed for the first time, I changed to a sea view room after negotiation. So it was a little unpleasant, but it was finally resolved

This serviced apartment is not far from the airport. It only takes 15 minutes by taxi. It is also convenient to take Uber to various attractions in Malta. The front desk service is very friendly. They specially prepared a breakfast bag for me who had an early flight. The room is clean and cleaned once a week.

Great service-clean hotel This is the first review I have written for a hotel The hotel was great !the reason I am writing this review is because of the hotel staff. This was an first visit to Malta and with their help.suggestion and gudisncs we had a great experience. Our room was quite opacious and enough storage for a phot stay.It was another clean .Breakfast was excellent If returning to Malta ,we will stay at The window hotel again!

Nice location if one is looking for a seaside holiday. Quiet, peaceful with lovely views of the sea. If one is looking for a location that is easy to travel around, then staying at Valletta might be more convenient as the bus and main ferry terminal is situated there. However, if one is touring by car / taxi then the consideration where the bus terminal is would be less important. Filling breakfast (though it doesn’t vary very much from day to day) and serves its function of filling one up for the start of the day! Rooms are neat and tidy, some areas show wear and tear but does not affect the overall functionality of the room. Good and clean comfy beds. Excellent service by the hotel staff who made the stay enjoyable. We unfortunately had an accident with the sliding bathroom door but the hotel staff did their best to make the rest of our stay as worry-free as possible.

Our stay at Hotel Onyx in San Julian, Malta was simply wonderful. Since our arrival, we have been welcomed with exceptional warmth and helpfulness by the staff, always ready to satisfy our every need with professionalism and courtesy. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, with rooms always tidy and perfectly sanitized, a detail that we greatly appreciated and which made our stay even more pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast deserves a full 10: rich, varied and of high quality, it is the perfect way to start the day. Every morning we were delighted by a wide choice of fresh and tasty products that fully met our expectations. When we return to Malta, Hotel Onyx will undoubtedly be our point of reference. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a stay of comfort, cleanliness and excellent hospitality.

We celebrated our wedding at Westin Dragonara resort and they made my dreams come true! We chose Reef club / Pavilion because of its perfect location close to the sea, spacious venue and we also used a chance to take some romantic photos at Quadro and The boat house lounge. We booked two nights at the hotel and everything started with a warm welcoming by Tony, Doraldo and their front desk team. Every team member was always with a smile and very helpful. Special thanks to the night team Samson and Suneel who were very friendly and welcoming to us! The room was perfectly clean , had a nice smell and had all the amenities we needed . Just a quick call to service express call center and Katarina , Alexia and Alejandra will make anything possible! They were very efficient to our frequent requests and they even provided a high chair for a bride when doing her make up ;) The wedding was perfectly organized thanks to Johanna and Pierre and their team who were very patient, professional and flexible to our requests. It felt like they read our minds :) The food was super delicious , and also special thanks to the pastry chef for a beautiful and delicious cake ! Last but not least, I would like to thank back of the house team, such as reservations team (Eva and Maja ) and accounts team (Joane and Jovana) who were very efficient when replying to us. Starting with the information - we stayed at So City as a young couple (who arent particularly into nightclubs/bars) to see Matla for the first time over a week. I have given this a 'benefit-of-the-doubt' rating due to the hotel being incredibly new. We picked So City Hotel because of the value, it was incredibly well priced. I'd imagine this is a strategy due to it being so new but it was certainly well worth the price we paid. On to the hotel as a whole - I feel this is definitely aimed toward capturing people coming to Malta for some night life. Its positioned so that no more than 10 seconds from leaving the lobby, you can be in a bar, and their are some nice bars surrounding. That said, we werent there for that - but this location also meant that finding an evening meal, or a quick early night drink was incredibly easy. Exploring the island was also very easy from here, Valletta was a very short journey, and as we had opted to rent a car, there was a carpark about 5 minutes walk away (Pengardens) which is reasonably priced for over night parking, and we never struggled for a space. The room was very comfortable, and the mattress was perfect and bedding very soft and comfortable. Our upgraded room was also incredibly spacious. The theming is a nice touch and makes the room a bit more characterful and individual. Staying on the 7th floor, there was minimal noise at night, altough id be concerned if we needed to keep the window open.... The black out curtains were also amazing for keep the room dark for a little bit of extra sleep. Constructive criticism for the room would be: The shower tempurture is difficult - the hottest setting is insanely hot (my other half loves hot showers but this was too much for her also) and it wouldnt go cold, just cooler, it also seemed to get colder through out the shower and you found yourself adjusting. There is not a lot of storage at all for longer stays. This is perhaps a by product of it feeling aimed towards 'nightlifers' who might stop 3 nights or so. I would perhaps ask reception for additional hangers if you have plenty of clothes for a longer stay. The mini fridge, altough useful, is not big enough to put larger water bottles in, which can be annoying. The aircon unit is situated in a place which means it blows directly at the bed. I tried to play with the control but there was no way to adjust it that I could find. Im trying to cool the room, not refridgerate myself. The timer on the aircon also didnt seem to work, so setting it the blow for 30 mins whilst i went to sleep just didnt seem to work. The TV is not a full smartTV which is a shame. Just channels and an internet browser, which are never nice to navigate around.... On to other notes: Breakfast is just what you need. Its not an all out buffett where there is everything you could dream of, but there is more than enough and a few items cycle so you can expect a slightly different breakfast each morning. Our stay at the AC Hotel St. Julien’s by Marriott was near perfection. The absolutely incredible staff made our experience unforgettable. The facilities and amenities were amazing. The rooms were super clean, quiet and cool, kept that way by our amazing housekeeper, Estrelita. Both the breakfast buffet and a la carte items were delicious, made special by Deon, Gabriella and their crew. The night reception team of Jibson and Manish and the day reception staff including Georgia made us feel welcome and took care of our every need. The stars of the stay were the wait staff at the AC lounge: Jonathan, Amy, Laura, Janni, Leoni, Kyle and all the rest. The AC Hotel St. Julien’s has a 5 star staff who make you feel 5 star special.

Excellent property with great location, extremely clean and comfortable, super friendly staff. Teo was extraordinary! He was a true example of excellent hospitality. He made our trip more exciting in Malta by guiding and giving us tips about the city and the attractions to cover in 72 hours. He made sure that everything was arranged for us accordingly. I couldn't thank him enough for the excellent level of service he had rendered. We will surely visit H Hotel on our next holiday and expect that will recommend your hotel to our family and friends.

Almost perfect My wife and I stayed for three nights this summer. This small hotel (just eighteen rooms), set in an old palace within the city walls of Mdina, is incredibly beautiful, the views from the rooms (pick one with a panoramic view, and don’t choose duplex if you can’t manage stairs) are superb, and the staff are wonderfully helpful and attentive. The only disappointment for me was that after all the reviews, I was looking forward to treating my wife to a birthday meal at the hotel’s Michelin starred restaurant, but when we arrived, we learned this restaurant was fully booked for and indeed beyond our stay. The helpful staff booked us into local restaurants as an alternative, but it was naturally not quite the same. Unless the hotel starts emailing people upon booking asking if they want to make reservations for their best restaurant (I imagine most guests will want them), I suggest you make your booking for this restaurant when you book your room. We will next time, and we will definitely be back. Other than that, a quite wonderful stay, and I would like to thank all the staff and management for making it so. Highly recommended.
