Used Hostal Roma to break the drive between Santander and Marbella. This was excellent value. The room was basic but clean, the staff were young and enthusiastic and the checkout was quick and problem free. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise with good food at reasonable prices and essential as there is pretty much nothing going on in the village. If you want a good dinner, a good shower and a good nights sleep then move on next day this place fits the bill. Will be my regular stopover from now on

Elegimos el complejo Roma para celebrar el 18 cumpleaños de mi hijo, comimos en el comedor, a parte de la cantidad que es escasa, malísima calidad, mal elaborado, comimos todo recalentado, las sobras del día anterior no, peor yo creo que es imposible, las patatas panaderas como la suela de un zapato,no vuelvo allí y ya me encargaré de no recomendarlo a nadie.

Si buscas descansar , no es el sitio, nos tocó unos apartamentos muy juntos unos de otros, y los vecinos a las 12 de la noche con la música puesta y nada de respeto a los demás y el complejo no hizo nada. Además los colchones, en particular el de una cama(se conoce que el que nos dieron era para tres y nos metieron una cama auxiliar) imposible dormir en ese colchón y con esas almohadas. Por no hablar de lo destrozado del sofá, que te sentabas y el cojín del asiento se iba hacia adelante y terminabas en el suelo.Decir que el detalle del desayuno está muy bien, pero no dejan mantequilla como he leído por ahí, y la estufa genial, se está muy calentito

Las habitaciones bien, pero los colchones de la primera noche muy blandos e incómodos. Se lo dije a la mañana siguiente y nos cambiaron a otra para la segunda noche, y ya con colchón algo mejor. La atención muy buena. Nos prestaron secador de pelo que no hay en las habitaciones.

La atención de los camareros y el local, sobresalientes. Pero faltaba calidad la mayor parte de los platos que pedimos: la sopa de picadillo, el churrasco y sobre todo la lasaña dejaban mucho que desear.

La atención y la amabilidad del personal fueron absolutamente extraordinarias. Tuvimos una avería y llegamos casi a medianoche, y nos lo facilitaron todo. A pesar de que ya hacía tiempo del cierre de la cocina, cuando llegamos nos estaban esperando dos platos calentitos que sirvieron para olvidar las horas que estuvimos tirados en la carretera.

Fuimos a comer con la familia de mi novio, pedimos menú, había 4 platos para elegir y estaba a 12€. Yo elegí Patatas revolconas y lomo en salsa de mostaza. Estaba bueno todo. De postre elegí tarta de queso pero no tengo foto. Estaba muy buena. Lo recomiendo
