The apartment was very well equipped with everything from a dishwasher to automatic washing machine. Beds are really comfortable, with firm mattresses . the receptionist was a delight, providing useful information for sightseeing. Bear in mind that the Washington has no hotel-like facilities such as bar etc. . On the plus side, you can park for free in the street and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, including supermarket and good public transportation. The apartment/suite is very modern. On balance, a good base of operations if you’re sightseeing.

Bed was comfortable. Furniture was new and clean...same for the bathroom. The room was hot. The air-conditioning was not working and when we asked about it, we were told that the cool air system hadn't been turned on. It was miserable during the day and uncomfortable at night. However, the room was advertised as having air-conditioning. Not much good if it's not able to be used. The bathroom door was about 1/3 meter from the side of the bed next. The door was a glass type of nearly see-through material. It would be fine if you were alone, but awkward otherwise. Finally, the parking was 14€ a night. At other Sercotel hotels there was no charge. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This was my least favourite stay with an NH hotel, the entrance area smelt of stale body odour, the rooms were clean but the bathrooms were tired. The breakfast was not as good as I recalled at my previous NH hotels, but it was pleasant with nice helpful staff.

Normalito para el precio de 125 por la noche. Ibamos con mi hijo de 9 meses, solicite cuna y nos pusieron un parque cuna bastante deteriorado y lo peor sin colchón, era una colchoneta super fina. La habitación de tamaño estaba bastante bien y la cama cómoda. tiene cosas ya con falta de cambiar y algo deterioradas pero en general bien El aire no enfriaba mucho y al estar la carretera al lado se escuchaban un poco los coches. La ubicación es normalita también lo bueno pilla cerca de un parque grande.

This is a beautiful hotel. The renaissance columns from the former palace are in evidence in the dining room and hallways. Paloma is the true star of the show in staff. She goes out of her way to be super helpful. She made sure I was taken care of when I left, since I was going home alone. It is centrally located in the old town. There was a charming Christmas market, and the Plaza is ringed with restaurants and shops, in addition to a long pedestrian shopping plaza with anything you could want, including groceries. The only thing I wished for was a coffee pot in the room, but that is probably and American thing anyway.

Estuvimos en su hotel este fin de semana pasado Hab 503 y 504 La verdad q fue decepcionante Este hotel no tiene categoria 4 estrellas aunque el estamento oficial d su provincia se las de Cama de 135 La cama hace un ruido tremendo con solo gir**** en ella Ventana buardilla hay q subir a una silla para abrirla, con un foscurit viejo y manual Hablaban en el pasillo y se oia en la habitacion como si estuvieran en ella La bañera desagua muy lentamente El soporte de la ducha se mueve todo el tiempo Escasa presion del agua Y para colmo la señora del desayuno el domingo tenia mal dia, segun ella porque estaba sola, estaba de muy mal genio por decir algo, ya es q me cogio tranquilo porque como soy yo con la manera de contestar que m hizo muy de rositas se fue, es verdad que luego recapacito sola y la cosa fue tolerable Nada sr director, la verdad q no volvere a su hotel, la pagina web es de las q engañan al cliente, categoria, fotos,… Un saludo Juan Sastre Sampol

The room was very small & outdated. The mattress cheap & nasty. It is supposed to be 4 star but the facilities were non existent, not even tea or coffee making facilities. There was lamp sticking out of the headboard which is a daft place to put it. The restaurant was closed but could eat mediocre food in the cafe/bar. Breakfast was a limited choice & the supposed hot food was cold. For the cost of the room, & paying for the privilege to park we rate it 1 star.

Feeling tired and chilly we stopped off at the ibis in Valladolid January 13th it was after 6pm not expecting to stop we hadn’t booked in anywhere, the lady on the desk spoke excellent English and was very welcoming, we didn’t order any dinner as tbh we were too tired to eat but she made up a lovely tea tray for us no problem. Our room was warm & clean the wifi was excellent , the bed was clean very comfortable, peaceful no noise, shower clean and hot, the continental breakfast was very nice,the day time staff also very kind,most impressed will stay again, thank you
