Very clean room, the cleaning staff did a fantastic job and making the room very comfortable. Towels changed regularly, nice room with TV and netflix access. The only reason we scored 3 is due to the fact that we slept very poorly due to very loud noise. The hostel guests slept on top of our room and we could hear everything from the room upstairs and outside the room. For example every conversation in the courtyard felt as though it was taking place in the room and sadly it happened repeatedly throughout our stay. Moving forward we would suggest that the hotel owners consider either sound proofing or introducing a noise policy in order respect all guests. It's a shame because the room itself and the location were excellent.

The facilities at this hostel were really good. Air con was on at good times and the location was great. I was really disappointed that the female receptionist came into the dorm at 1.30am in the morning and started sleeping and playing music on her phone when the rest of the dorm were asleep. Totally unprofessional for the receptionist to be asleep and laying on top of the beds in the hostel at the same time as the guests. It gave a weird vibe and meant some of us couldn’t get back to sleep. Avoid staying here if possible because of this.

Todo muy bien! Javier nos atendió de maravilla. Nos lo explicó todo con mucha atención y gracias a eso la estancia fue muy agradable. El hotel está súper cerca de todo lo que hay que visitar y las instalaciones son geniales.

Ottima posizione e staff cortese e con tanti consigli su cosa fare, vedere e dove andare. La stanza era carina però piuttosto piccola e vicino la strada con forti rumori di camion e auto.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights as part of our tour. The following things stood out to me positively in this hotel: - Nice garden with common area and pool - Friendly and helpful staff - Very central location, everything is within walking distance - Free coffee and tea in the morning - Free parking The following things are negative to me noticed: - the rooms of the hotel are very badly soundproofed - the room door cannot really be locked - the air conditioning did not work during our stay - personal belongings are simply thrown away during cleaning On the whole, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to explore Valladolid on foot.

Recomiendo el lugar ampliamente, esta super a gusto para ir a relajarse en un fin de semana, está justo a una esquina de la calzada los frailes en la cual puedes encontrar varios restaurantes, tiendas, tomarse lindas fotos y llegar al ex convento de San Bernardino. Es un Hotel muy limpio y el staff súper amable, felicito a José y Daniela por su gran labor y ayuda durante nuestra estancia.
