Very clean room, the cleaning staff did a fantastic job and making the room very comfortable. Towels changed regularly, nice room with TV and netflix access. The only reason we scored 3 is due to the fact that we slept very poorly due to very loud noise. The hostel guests slept on top of our room and we could hear everything from the room upstairs and outside the room. For example every conversation in the courtyard felt as though it was taking place in the room and sadly it happened repeatedly throughout our stay. Moving forward we would suggest that the hotel owners consider either sound proofing or introducing a noise policy in order respect all guests. It's a shame because the room itself and the location were excellent.

The facilities at this hostel were really good. Air con was on at good times and the location was great. I was really disappointed that the female receptionist came into the dorm at 1.30am in the morning and started sleeping and playing music on her phone when the rest of the dorm were asleep. Totally unprofessional for the receptionist to be asleep and laying on top of the beds in the hostel at the same time as the guests. It gave a weird vibe and meant some of us couldn’t get back to sleep. Avoid staying here if possible because of this.

Javier nos atendió de maravilla. Nos lo explicó todo con mucha atención y gracias a eso la estancia fue muy agradable. El hotel está súper cerca de todo lo que hay que visitar y las instalaciones son geniales.

Ottima posizione e staff cortese e con tanti consigli su cosa fare, vedere e dove andare. La stanza era carina però piuttosto piccola e vicino la strada con forti rumori di camion e auto.

Wir haben im Zuge unserer Rundreise vier Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die folgenden Dinge sind mir in diesem Hotel positiv aufgefallen: - Netter Garten mit Gemeinschaftsbereich und Pool - Freundliche und Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter - Sehr zentrale Lage, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar - gratis Kaffee und Tee in der Früh - kostenloser Parkplatz Die folgenden Dinge sind mir negativ aufgefallen: - die Zimmer des Hotels sind sehr hellhörig - die Zimmertüre lässt sich nicht wirklich verriegeln - Klimaanlage funktionierte während unseres Aufenthalts nicht - während der Reinigung werden persönliche Sachen einfach weggeschmissen Im Großen und Ganzen würde ich dieses Hotel auf Grund der Lage jedem empfehlen, der Valladolid zu Fuß erkunden möchte.

Ubicación excelente y atención de Javier impecable, atento, amable y siempre con una sonrisa. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas y modernas, la ducha espectacular, pelo único que no me encantó es que se escucha mucho lo de otras habitaciones. El espacio común hermoso.

Mi experiencia en ariché muy grata gracias ala ayuda y amabilidad del ANFITRION XAVIER EN LA RECEPCION FUE MUY AMABLE ATENTO me gustó su profesionalismo y dedicación de su negocio el lugar es muy hermoso. Con amenidades muy completas desde el dormitorio los baños la cocina la alberca los muebles la atención de las personas de limpieza de los chicos de la mañana del break del coffee break que pone en las mañanas que es tes disponibles para para los gustos si quieres un momento de relajación y además de que está muy bien ubicado el hotel muy céntrico puedes caminar con tranquilidad hice dos noches ahí sin embargo había reservado en junio pero no pude cancelar por motivos personales sin embargo me me ofreció las instalaciones hasta que ya estuviera tranquilo y listo para poder viajar eso fue muy atento de su parte y muy profesional en ningún momento me dijo que desocupara las instalaciones y eso me agradó mucho por qué porque así pude descansar del viaje que había tenido decidí rentar un día más y otro pero ya no estaba disponible escamas estaba el portal full pero me permitió estar en las instalaciones y eso fue muy muy amable de su parte lo agradezco y puedes ingresar con bebidas alimentos entrar a la hora que tú quieras salir a la hora que tú quieras súper seguro adentro y afuera de la ciudad de súper seguro realmente lo recomiendo volveré pero en esta esta vez lo haré en modo con pareja y espero que pueda volver a ver a Javier muchas gracias Javier por tu atención y tu profesionalismo la verdad mis respetos gracias un saludo de Armando
