This is far and away the best place to stay when visiting Valladolid. It is located on the best street in the town (Friars Walk) and is close to number bars and restaurants and a short 7-8 minute walk to the center of town and also close to the ADO bus station. Rooms are large, clean with fridge, great shower, wifi, and a terrific, quiet air con. There is a lovely pool on the grounds and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions. You are also a short walk from the collectivos to ChichenItza and Ek Balam.

We were two couples visiting Valladolid and found this hotel thanks to a tour guide. We were all 100% thrilled with it. The rooms, the front desk, the showers, the sitting area, the breakfast, everything was wonderful. The staff : Isala, Yarhols, Karla and Camila were all attentive and professional. If and when we return we will definitely stay here!

Great place, really value for money! Rooms are spacious and so comfortable. Shower also really big, warm and good pressure. Even the baby bed for our daughter was very comfortable with a good mattress (have had different in Mexico). Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for families. Also the street where it is located is great, lot of nice boutique shops and restaurants. Not far from the center, but not more quiet. Loved it.

We stayed in Valladolid for two nights with the motivation to see Chichen-Itza. We loved the price, decor, room comfort, extra pillows, free wifi, amenities, free car parking, and proximity to many eateries. Plus, I applaud them for using refillable shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash soap dispensers. I do wish, however they made breakfast timings more clear. We didn't know we had to choose a particular time for breakfast, and by the time we realized it, all the times that suited our schedule were gone. Thankfully, there are enough eateries nearby. Be aware that due to the proximity to lively restaurants, we were greeted to exceptionally loud dance/rock music Saturday night into the wee hours of the night.

We stayed 3 nights June 2021. We had two rooms, room 1 and room 10. The hotel is very clean and all staff is extremely helpful and friendly. You communicate with them via WhatsApp, so make sure you have that app. We purchased breakfast a couple times (thank you Karla, very delicious). Also, Jose at night was very helpful when we needed some ice at night. The girls in the front, were equally as helpful (Ruzena, Mari, Avi). They gave recommendations, ordered taxi and cleared up any doubt we had. The location is really perfect - 2 blocks from the church that has a show at 9:00 (Tue and Thursday) and two blocks from the center park. We drove and appreciated the gated parking lot behind the hotel. Thank you!! We would definitely return here when in Valladolid again.

La habitación está muy limpia y cómoda La decoración está acogedora y de muy buen espacio Tienen una terraza en planta alta y para desayuno y cenas está recomendable Está justo en el calle de los frailes y por la noche en planta alta está muy agradable

Très bel hôtel, dans la plus belle rue de Valladolid, un charme fou, une qualité des services irréprochable, la gentillesse et la compétence du personnel est au niveau de ce très bel établissement qui reste dans nos souvenirs. Un petit déjeuné raffiné et copieux, ce choix de Voyage Privé est une pépite dans notre voyage au Yucatan.
