I really like staying here. It’s pretty easy to get from the bus station. It doesn’t take long to get to points of interest either by metro bus or by walking depending on where you are. They allowed me to leave my luggage before check in. They offered shampoo, towel and hand soap. Place was clean and bed comfy. Restroom was small but perfect for me. Shared toilet was clean. It’s in the 5th and 6th floor but they have an elevator. They did have AC but I didn’t use it because it wasn’t too hot for me. Hot water was not an issue. Area is safe to walk around early in the morning or late. Wifi works great.

Good stay, smallish room, clean facilities
We entered as some other guests were leaving. I don't know if we would have been able to check in if not for them. The information on the internet says that reception is not 24 hours but we managed ok. Communication is not always clear - since we don't speak Spanish, we relied on google translate. Everything was fine with our stay - I'm just not sure how reliable/easy it would have been if there were any problems. The room was a little bit cramped but good enough. I think there weren't many other people staying at the time because it seemed as if we had the shared bathroom all to ourselves, which was great 👍

De vacaciones en Valladolid para Semana Santa 2025, el domingo 20 abril fecha prevista para la vuelta, mi pareja tuvo que ser operado de urgencia en el H. Universitario de Ramón y Cajal, justo en frente veo este hostal y llamo. Desde el minuto uno Katia me busca rápidamente habitación para dejar equipaje e irme al hospital. Seguidamente Asun ha movido toda la agenda para buscarme cama mínimo hasta la noche del 1 de mayo, finalmente salimos el 26 tras el alta hospitalaria. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento para el equipo humano del hostal. Me facilitaron en todo momento la estancia, haciéndome sentir como en casa. Ciertamente es un hostal de 1 estrella, pero todo estaba limpio y las camas y almohadas muy muy confortables, las he tenido peores en hoteles de tres estrellas y apartamentos turísticos. Toallas prácticamente nuevas. Sólo espero poder repetir algún día. MIL GRACIAS A TODOS,en especial a Asun. Besos

El hotel bastante bien relación calidad precio.Muy limpio, los colchones y las almohadas muy cómodos. Fuí por un examen y necesitaba una lamparilla para estudiar. Me la facilitaron también. Personal muy atento. Repetiría sin duda. Mi compañera y yo muy contentas.

Fui a este hostel em Março. Tivemos problema com carro, liguei e avisei que vou chegar por volta de 23.00 e Senhor no recepção disse que não vai esperar a esta hora e vai cancelar a minha reserva. Foi mesmo mal. Tive que procurar uma pessoa oara correr e buscar os chaves do meu quarto. Is quartos são pequenos, a noite toda ouvimos televisão no quarto ao lado. Podiam pintar os paredes dos quartos. É barato, sim, mas os condições não valem para preço que pagei. Fiquei muito triste
