I really like staying here. It’s pretty easy to get from the bus station. It doesn’t take long to get to points of interest either by metro bus or by walking depending on where you are. They allowed me to leave my luggage before check in. They offered shampoo, towel and hand soap. Place was clean and bed comfy. Restroom was small but perfect for me. Shared toilet was clean. It’s in the 5th and 6th floor but they have an elevator. They did have AC but I didn’t use it because it wasn’t too hot for me. Hot water was not an issue. Area is safe to walk around early in the morning or late. Wifi works great.

I went to this hostel in March. We had a problem with the car, I called and said that I will arrive around 23.00 and the man at reception said that he will not wait at this time and will cancel my reservation. It was really bad. I had to look for someone to run and get my room keys. The rooms are small, we listen to television in the next room all night. They could paint the bedroom walls. It's cheap, yes, but the conditions are not worth the price I quoted. I was very sad

De vacaciones en Valladolid para Semana Santa 2025, el domingo 20 abril fecha prevista para la vuelta, mi pareja tuvo que ser operado de urgencia en el H. Universitario de Ramón y Cajal, justo en frente veo este hostal y llamo. Desde el minuto uno Katia me busca rápidamente habitación para dejar equipaje e irme al hospital. Seguidamente Asun ha movido toda la agenda para buscarme cama mínimo hasta la noche del 1 de mayo, finalmente salimos el 26 tras el alta hospitalaria. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento para el equipo humano del hostal. Me facilitaron en todo momento la estancia, haciéndome sentir como en casa. Ciertamente es un hostal de 1 estrella, pero todo estaba limpio y las camas y almohadas muy muy confortables, las he tenido peores en hoteles de tres estrellas y apartamentos turísticos. Toallas prácticamente nuevas. Sólo espero poder repetir algún día. MIL GRACIAS A TODOS,en especial a Asun. Besos

El hotel bastante bien relación calidad precio.Muy limpio, los colchones y las almohadas muy cómodos. Fuí por un examen y necesitaba una lamparilla para estudiar. Me la facilitaron también. Personal muy atento. Repetiría sin duda. Mi compañera y yo muy contentas.
