Lugar limpio No tuve suerte con la habitación.La ventana no cerraba bien,entraba mucho frío y no funcionaba la calefacción. Al decírselo a la recepcionista al día siguiente,ni se inmutó.Siguió mirando el ordenador,hizo como que no me escuchó ,ni pidió ni disculpas. Tampoco dijo ningún comentario al entregar las llaves(gracias,vuelva otro día,que tenga buen viaje,etc) Regular el cierre del baño ,pues da portazos y una de las puertas del váter no tiene pestillo de cierre

Sitio tranquilo y bien ubicado, a pocos minutos del centro con bares y restaurantes cerca. Limpísimo. Cómodas camas. Exquisita atención y amabilidad del personal. Rico menú diario. Bonita terraza para desayunar.

Genial, todo limpio,cuidado, Tienen un menú de un solo plato de 4,5 que tiene una muy buena variedad, el desayuno esta incluido por lo general en el precio, tostada que hacen en el momento , zumo y café muy bueno. El personal super agradable , la señora de la limpieza y el personal de cafetería genial, tiene un patio en el café amable que es una preciosidad. Todo genial, si vamos por valladolid sin duda repetiremos. Solo una pega, me equivoque a coger la cama de matrimonio y para nosotros era pequeña 135 pero no fue culpa del hostal, la próxima vez dos de 90. La zona es súper céntrica, hay zona azul en la misma puerta y a unos 100 metros zona blanca. Gracias por todo.

1 punto porque me desalojaron cuando otra persona vino borracha, furiosa, habló fuerte e impidió que otras personas durmieran a las 2-3 am en lugar de desalojarlo, desalojaron a una persona que no molestó a nadie con una mala crítica por no estar atento y por no profesionalismo
