It is very well located, very close to Plaza Mayor. The room is super clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. It has everything you need to stay. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful city.

Horrible! No atienden a las incidencias! Les llegan, las leen, lo saben...y no contestan ni hacen nada!! Te remiten en todo caso a sus oficinas, fuimos y siempre están cerradas. En definitiva, No hay forma de establecer una comunicación!!

La ubicación es muy buena pero para una noche si no eres muy exigente …. buena limpieza en la habitación pero muy machada una buena reforma le vendría muy bien , el colchón bastante malo . Todas las puertas van con códigos tanto la de la calle como la de la habitación

La peor experiencia de mi vida,si cometes el error de despistarte y olvidar las llaves...preparate para lo peor, la señora de la limpieza estaba en nuestro apartamento como si de sus cosas se tratase,la sorprendí urgando entre nuestras pertenencias, me faltó el respeto cuando le dije que denunciaría, y no contentos con ello se atreven a denunciar echos inventados, lamentando aún haber pasado la noche en ese lugar.

Horroroso. Mal trato y habitación sucia. Muchísimo ruido tanto del exterior como del interior, se escucha los pasos de todo el mundo, los portazos, hablar a todo el mundo. A las 6 de la mañana entraron unos chavales de fiesta gritando y con música. Avisamos al hotel no hicieron ncaso, no se dignaron a contestar, ni dar explicaciones. Las ventanas al exterior no cierran bien entra muchísima luz. (Adjunto foto) No hay mampara en la ducha, por lo que se moja todo el baño y parte de la habitación. (Adjunto foto) El edredón tenía agujeros de haberse quemado con cigarros. (Adjunto foto) Al hacernos la habitación al día siguiente nos desaparecieron objetos. Al reclamarlo al darnos cuenta nos lo devolvieron. La situación es buena, esos si pero pro ese precio hay mejores y con mejor trato en cualquier sitio de Valladolid. Sin duda alguna, no volveré ni recomendaré este hotel, ni ninguno de esta cadena. Espantoso.

Fantástica habitación con excelente ubicación. Limpia y cómoda. No hay recepción ni personal, pero contestan por mensaje bastante rápido. Lo único malo es que entra mucho ruido de la calle. Las áreas comunes no son muy lindas, pero si solamente quieres usar la habitación es una excelente opción por el precio.
