Overnight stop enroute from the Ferry, chosen for ease of access, parking and pet friendly! The hotel is quirky but has seen better days....the location is just off the major roads, easy to access, not much going on around it! The staff were reasonably friendly, (no English) but some confusions with our booking which took time to resolve. The room, although a little basic, was spacious and clean with a window overlooking the gardens. Good for our dog! The restaurant and bar had very limited menu choices for vegetarians; but the bar area allowed us to have our dog with us, and we managed to order a Tortilla . Average breakfast. Pleasant enough for one night stay!

We stayed here overnight on the way from Santander to Portugal and enjoyed a pleasant night’s stay. The air conditioned room was ample and well equipped. We were served a meal of cheese salad followed by salmon and with tiramisu to follow. There was pork loin available too. The food was tasty and nicely presented.

Awful. Archaic hotel. Pillows hard rocks. Nice size suite but archaic. The food was not good. Service was hit and miss. As this is just off the motorway they should expect people who use English to communicate but not at this hotel. Won't be staying here on return joirney

WE stayed here overnight on our travels through Spain in August 2022 and had a lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, well appointed and spotlessly clean. We had a buffet style breakfast with fruit, pastries, cooked goods, hot drinks, etc. Very tasty. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and had a 3 course meal with a bottle of wine and a bottle of water for 16 euros each. It was delicious. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was well appointed with complimentary toiletries. We would certainly stay there again.

Buenas tardes mi comentario no va contra el personal del hotel , ni el trato ni sus instalaciones. Se que todo eso supera con creces la nota. Mi comentario es sobre la tarde de ayer . A las 17 de la tarde un grupo de bailes latinos tuvieron una reunión y estuvieron durante 5 horas con la música a tope ( pero muy muy alta ). Tanto que desde mi casa se oía perfectamente y se que desde el club deportivo que comparten nombre también estuvieron toda la tarde teniendo que aguantar la música de estos bailarines a tope. Creo que hay que tener un poco de empatía con esa gente que queremos y necesitamos descansar y poner esa música mucho más baja de mi que estuvo que fue horrible. De mi opinión saben en el hotel porque tuve que llamar para quejarme de este volumen insoportable . Espero que esté comentario sirva más para construir que para destruir, al fin y la cabo es su fin. Un saludo !!

Nos encantó , el personal súper amable y admiten mascotas que para mí es un plus. No contrate el desayuno pero me lo tomé allí y tenían un bizcocho casero buenísimo. Esta a las afueras de Valladolid pero para nosotros no es un problema. Tiene un aparcamiento grande. Ah y super tranquilo

Me alojé en el hotel durante unos días por concentración de la federación española (por trabajo) . Hotel normal, cumple con su cometido, habitaciones cómodas para descansar. El hotel es ideal si deseas alojarte fuera del centro urbano de Valladolid, para descansar y que nadie te moleste.

Las habitaciones bien. El aire acondicionado no parece que funcione. El desayuno terrible y el menú de media pensión deja bastante que desear, macarrones carbonara nadando en aceite y lubina a la plancha tambien nadando en aceite. 4 estrellas??? No lo merece.

No se corresponde con los estándares de un hotel de 4 estrellas... El mobiliario de la habitación necesita una renovación urgente... Parquet en mal estadox , télé minuscula, me dio alergia al entrar en la habitación supongo que por polvo o ácaros... A única ventana de la habitación es un velux alto que te dejan un palo para poderío abrir El.akre acondicionado ha e ruido La piscina es de pago 10€ por persona... Pagas un 4 estrellas cuantos más bien debería tener 2...
