Très bon emplacement pour se rendre aux concerts de l'openlichttheater .
Accueil sympathique et bon petit déjeuner.... dommage que certains clients n'ont pas de respect pour ceux qui souhaitent dormir .

Booked standard room, fotos on *********** as well as reviews were reasonable. We got an awful old room, damp, musty, horrible state. When complained was told that I had booked a standard room, and that was the standaard. For 110,00 euro's a night a total rip off. Beds reasonable, horrid flaky pillows, dirty musty carpet, dirty walls, grotty furniture etc. Unfriendly staff. Breakfast oke.

Rude and nonchalant staff. Lunch (omelette)was served 90 minutes after we ordered it. Room was a dump. Looked like staff quarters and dodgy steps going down to them. Our room was not ready at three pm as stated. We had been waiting patiently for three hours prior as our flight was very early. That wasn't a problem but the staffs attitude towards us at three pm when we stated we were dissatisfied that the room wasn't ready at the time stated. The cleaning staff were short staffed and working hard. Paid them a large tip as they got our room ready as soon as they could. management was the problem. No iron available at reception. The breakfast was the only positive. Lots of choice and croissants were warm and fresh. Better at 8 before the queue starts. Would not stay here again.

Eenvoudig hotel, met vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was sober. Bed prima. Koelkastje leeg. Douchekop kon niet opgehangen worden, wat het douchecomfort verminderd. Ontbijt niks mis mee. Parkeren op eigen parkeerplaats is een plus. Kwartiertje lopen naar het centrum. Goed genoeg om te slapen,

Kwamen hier voor de derde keer, op zich een goed hotel als je niet te veeleisend bent, kamers aan de voorkant zijn verouderd, kamers aan de achterkant zijn beter. We waren bij aankomst wel wat verbaasd om te zien dat het hotel ook als opvang voor nareizende asielzoekers word gebruikt maar als je je niet stoort aan spelende kinderen overdag is dat geen enkel probleem. Kamers zijn goed, wij zaten in het nieuwe gedeelte, badkamer is ok maar als je dik bent word het lastig om op de wc te zitten.

Net als vorig jaar, dit jaar ook geboekt tijdens ons verblijf in Valkenburg om de Heuvelland 4 daagse te lopen. Vorig jaar al tevreden, nu met nieuwe eigenaar nog meer tevreden.😊 Ons aan niets ontbroken. Weer geboekt voor 2025 Personeel super vriendelijk en er werd zelfs een BBQ voor de gasten georganiseerd.

Hotel 2000 kan zichzelf beter Hotel De Grote Griebus noemen. Voor meer dan 150 euro per nacht (!) boek je er een aftands, bedompt en armetierig hok zonder enige voorziening van amper 3 bij 4 meter. Uit dit shabby hotel kun je echt beter wegblijven.

3 nachten geboekt. Het hotel heeft een mooi zwembad, fitness en sauna. Die laatste mist wat onderhoud. Geen glazen deur in de sauna, een doucheknop kapot en een waterslang die aan vervanging toe is. Personeel is uitermate vriendelijk. Als je op de website bestelt krijg je een voucher voor 2 drankjes en een verrassing. Hier moet je wel zelf om vragen. Ook krijg je 10 % korting op het eten en de drankjes. Dit was niet bij ieder personeelslid duidelijk maar werd keurig opgelost. Het ontbijt is uitstekend, diner is van grote klasse. Wij hadden een junior suite. Grote kamer en badkamer met inloopdouche en bad. Helaas is de boxspring in onze ogen veel te zacht. Er heerst een rustige sfeer, kamers zijn stil en je hoort de hele dag de vogels fluiten. Wij hebben hier onze dagen met veel plezier door gebracht.
