A nice, clean and cozy hotel, pleasant atmosphere, perfect, helpful staff, excellent Italian cuisine with good wine, a wide range of hotel services and additional options. Very good skiing, hotel very close to the slopes.

Absolutely confortable and welcoming place where to stay with a family. My 2-years old baby had a ball all stay, playing with miniclub and in the swimming pools. Rooms large and confortable but the most impressive feature is the food offer, delicious and so varied. Only low was the cleaness of the rooms, to improve. Other than that, absolutely a place to recommend!!

Some stuff are slow in the restaurant and i think i see racist in their part because they passed us everytime we order.we stayed their 3 days.Some stuff are well mannered but i see some who are not.but overall it’s a thumbs up for me for those who are welcoming us well.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable room, with pleasant view from the balcony. Fantastic breakfast and dinner buffet service. Very pleasant wellness center after a day of trekking. Very kind staff. Strategic position for beautiful walks

Very nice structure, located at the foot of the Gavia Pass. Spacious and well-kept room, friendly and helpful staff, especially the restaurant staff who were very attentive. The swimming pool and SPA area as well as the gym are beautiful. Excellent varied food and well-stocked buffet with quality products, very good value for money. Entertainment for children was good, especially in the evening the children were entertained with various activities included in the stay. Perhaps the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved just a little and perhaps offering a daily excursion program would be the best. Overall, it's worth going back to, we had a really good time.
