We booked a weeks all inclusive to this hotel. My first time to Morocco. When we first got to the hotel, we had a lovely rep called Smiley show us around. Really friendly and making us laugh. For the rest of the week we got to know the rest of the reps. Everyone was just so lovely and funny. The food really surprised us, there was a variation. No continental, genuine Moroccan food. There was entertainment every night. We were out some nights but for the ones we weren’t the entertainment was good.

Excelente lugar para ir en familia!!!! Es un hotel muy cómodo y están en todos los detalles, la pileta climatizada está muy bien cuidada, el desayuno buffet es muy completo y delicioso, el lugar donde lo sirven es hermoso!!!! El personal es muy amable y atento, brindan lo necesario para que la estadía sea muy placentera.

Buena atención, bien ubicado, cómodas instalaciones. Tuvimos un inconveniente al momento de pagar los extras. Durante la estadía se solicitó una porción de queso de máquina solamente, no en sándwich y se facturó $4.200,, que fue el mismo costo de un tostado sellado doble. Me siento estafada. Califique mi experiencia solo con 3 puntos, porque acabo de dejar el hotel con un dejo amargo Graciela Laporta

Lamentablemente elegimos este lugar para descansar error el hotel tiene habitaciones muy pequeñas con duchas pequeñísimas y con la pileta del baño dentro de la habitación lo cual es incómodo cuando reserve pedi que no tenga la pileta del baño adentro me dijeron que por un valor mayor habitaciin con balcón se podía pero no fue así pague más pero las piletas están en la habitación no en el baño la piscina tiene el agua super caliente y es imposible disfrutarla por la cantidad de chicos que hay que gritan se zambulle y los padres gritan también personal del hotel no controla nada en las habitaciones también ruidos gritos de niños no vuelvo más no lo recomiendo para nada

El agua de la piscina nunca alcanzó la temperatura adecuada, siempre tibia. Por las mañanas nunca había agua caliente para ducharse. Escaso desayuno. Se puede optar por desayuno bufett por $2.500 mas x persona, jaa... Lo mejor la atención de los empleados que ponen toda su voluntad y dedicación.

Nos alojamos el fin de semana anterior a carnavales. Llegamos el viernes sin reserva ya que habíamos tenido una pesima experiencia en otro hotel. Preguntamos por telefono si habia habitación disponible y la srta Nicole nos atendio muy amablemente y confirmo que si. El personal muy atento, dispuesto a cualquier requerimiento y siempre con una sonrisa. Las instalaciones limpias, aireadas. La habitación muy confortable con un baño cómodo y la cama tamaño king. El parque y las piletas cuidados. El desayuno muy abundante y variado. La primer noche cenamos ahi, muy bien atendidos. La cena muy sabrosa. Tiene cochera y esta incluida en el valor de la habitación. Volveremos sin dudarlo

El hotel está en buenas condiciones. Tiene una hermosa pileta. Su climatización y limpieza es muy buena y tiene un amplio horario. La habitación cómoda y bien aseada. El desayuno es excelente, con productos de calidad y muy variado. El wifi es excelente a toda hora y en cada rincón. La atención de todo el personal es esmerada. Realmente, todos nos brindaron un excelente trato. Mención especial al servicio de Carolina en la habitación, siempre atenta a todo. El único detalle para marcar y tener en cuenta, sobre todo, si van en familia es que no tiene servicios de Apart. Es decir, no tiene cocina. Reitero, no van a poder cocinar nada y tiene una heladera mini muy chica. Otra cosa para mejorar son los productos de higiene, que son de muy baja calidad. La ubicación es magnífica. Realmente a 100 metros de la playa y del centro de Valeria. En suma, en relación precio-calidad vale la pena. Seguramente, volveremos.

El hotel supero mis expectativas. La pileta limpia y con agua caliente, el jacuzzi espectacular. La temperatura calida en todo el hotel. Tiene un jardin hermoso que no pudimos disfrutar por el clima.
