The AC did not work in our room! It was humid and hot and when the AC did try to come on it made a horrible noise! The front seat came and pounded on the ac unit and said he’d be back with his maintenance guy, but never came back. Then there was NO coffee in the morning at the breakfast bar!

The stairwell up to our room was dirty, I chose to ignore that. The room “appeared” mostly clean with the exception of the bed spread which I just took off and left on the floor. Also chose to ignore that. Then I saw a cockroach crawling across the floor. That was enough to book another place and ask for a refund. The staff was friendly and accommodating, I will say that. Definitely will not return however.

Can’t agree with other people’s high ratings. I was on second floor near office and the narrow steep stairs are dangerous in my opinion. No soap in the room, ran out they said, no coffee maker in my room even though website amenities list says there is. Ice machine in odd location at far end of property. Bed was comfortable enough and the room was clean.

My husband and I and our adult daughter were on a road trip and this was a great stop for the night. We really loved the two king sized beds and a separate room. We definitely recommend this hotel and would

I booked a room with two queen beds for me and a buddy and our actual room was more like a suite with two individual rooms. It was an awesome perk. Would stay here again for sure!

This is a great little place to stay in Valentine. Staff was great and the rooms are large. The courtyard was wonderful for the dogs. The only challenge was breakfast. It was a holiday weekend so there were very limited options for food and the hotel breakfast was a little lacking.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast barely ok. They ran out of plates so even though they had waffles there was nothing to put them on.

A decent toom at a fair price. Lots of space. Breakfast was good with sausage muffins, yogurt, waffles, etc. Coffee was tasty. Staff was very friendly. Lots of parking for a vehicle with trailer.
