The furniture in the hotel room, the bathroom is really old. Always feel that the service staff is not professional enough, as a 5 star hotel should be well trained. Because during the epidemic, the swimming pool has to be reserved, the swimming pool reception is a bit rude. Unsuitable guests come to swim, sometimes because the number of people is full, even in-house guests can not use the swimming pool. I feel that the hotel is not very suitable for this arrangement. There is also a little bit of update in the hotel, such as changing carpets, brushing the wall near the hotel elevator, if construction, some rooms should be closed and not booked, but the hotel does not seem to have a plan at all, the whole corridor is gray, arrange the guests to take the freight ladder. In short, I feel that this hotel is like a five-star appearance, and the service management is really not very good.

The great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.

This is a fantastic hotel for a long weekend break. Very friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms and ideally situated for the old town. The spa was great, too. Highly recommended. The staff were very good at recommending other places to visit, not least an Irish pub round the corner when we wanted to watch the Euro 22 final. All in all, this is a place with a very good vibe. The prices are reasonable for a hotel of this quality.

It was expensive, but so worth it. Everything was great, from service and location to beauty of hotel itself, the room, the terrace and views, the bathroom, the Guerlain hair and body products, the Pancracio chocolate-covered walnuts in super-cute candy boxes at turndown service, the free mini-bar and waters, the valet service ... just such exquisite attention to detail and the kind of hotel experience that is very hard to come by these days -- that is, not corporate, but rather, sort-of, well, royal. The in-room breakfast was delicious and overabundant. A perfect getaway, be it for a night or a longer stay. The only thing I would do differently next time is bring my own pillow, because I wasn't completely comfortable with the bed pillow shape/firmness. The bed itself was very comfortable. Whole-heartedly recommend.

My adult son and I travelled to Valencia from Benidorm by bus to go to the burning of the Fallas 'La Crema'. The hotel was great for the bud station as it's next door and there's a taxi rank outside, as well as a huge shopping mall with an El Corte Inglés opposite. However during La Crema, roads into the city centre are all closed so we had to walk everywhere and by the end of the Two days we were absolutely done in. It's a hood half hour walk across the old river bed to get into the main city. If I ever went to the fallas again I'd stay in the centre for sure. However the Turia itself is decent - great bathroom with soap and shampoo and a little balcony. Biggest issue for me was no kettle - I was dying for a cuppa in room! But aside from that it was clean and comfortable! Valencia is a beautiful city and if you are there outside of the Fallas fiesta it's s great location as we would have jumped in a taxi to town.

My stay at Original Domino House was absolutely perfect, I continued to extend my stay because I felt so good and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, I felt so much peace from the kindness of people working there to the comfortability of my room. Maite, Cladia and Roberto are all so wonderful and were always ready to be there to help with anything I needed. It truly felt like I was staying at home and whenever I am staying in Valencia, I will choose to come back here. The location is peaceful and quiet with lovely cafes and grocery store nearby but still close enough to walk to the city center. Everything was perfect and I am so very thankful for my visit.

We stayed here for a week as I was attending and international conference and this was one of the recommended hotels from the conference organisers. A two-star hotel but with an amazing restaurant, Sabbia who provide excellent food and free evening cabarets with your evening meals. The rooms are clean and airy, the hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. The location is on the beach, bust stops close by. Perfect. The only downside is the disco further round the bay which does not close down until 4 am. Even with the windows and shutters closed you can still here the bass drum music.

We booked this hotel because of the location and good reviews. They are really just serviced rooms which was fine for us, in a great location. The room was large, minimal and the bathroom was good too. However, the people above walked around during the night and early mornings with shoes on - on wooden floor boards! The tv didn’t get a signal the whole weekend and we were left 2 coffee pods and 1 small bottle of water for the 2 of us for 3 nights - a little mean when the place for breakfast was a 10 minute walk away! Maybe a kettle and some tea bags would have been good. All in all, great size room, very clean and great location.

I was afraid to book due to the various negative reviews but instead, excellent hotel, clean, quiet, kind at reception, coffee and tea offered from the machine and waffles in the room with snacks offered. HOLA Llegamos al hotel a las 23.00 y realizamos el registro pero después nos marchamos hasta las 5:15 que retornamos a la habitación a dormir....Hasta aquí todo bien. Pero La puntuación siempre será baja cuando uno se encuentra una CUCARACHA en la habitación de un tamaño considerablemente grande y te diriges a recepción donde no hay nadie de 1.00am. a 8.00 am. dejando al cargo a un camarero el cual no puede dejar el bar para atender la urgencia la cual no tenia ni idea de que hacer además de desconocer el funcionamiento de la recepción. De 5:15 am a 6:45am estuvimos en la recepción con nuestra maletas SIN DORMIR esperando una solución que solo pudo darla una de las empleadas la cual tampoco era de la recepción y gracias a ella (Maribel) que limpio una habitación para que pudiéramos dormir porque mientras esperábamos un cliente abandono una de las habitaciones. Cuando abandonamos el hotel la única contestación de la que se supone responsable de la recepción a las 11:15 am. fue que nos invitaba a un café en el bar por las molestias, en el cual al pedir un batido se me cobro al no ser un café (me entra la risa). no se quien leerá estas opiniones pero me da bastante igual ya que no volveremos nadie de mi entorno.

We booked a standard room with no sea view. I have asthma and can't sleep with air conditioning on. It was really hot when we arrived and our window didn't give good enough airflow for my asthma. When I asked if we could change rooms, they were really lovely about it and next day they moved us to a room with a 100% view of Las Arenas beach and the sea with a raised terrace. Way better than we expected for the budget price we paid. Although this is still a standard room, the bathroom is like a 4 star, the room is spotless, mattresses are new and comfortable and everything works. With a 5 star view. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely come here again.

The bad thing was that there was very little variety, it was always a pasta, meat (almost always chicken), fish and a frite (croquets, shrimps or sprouts) When we just arrived the food turns reduced to 2 and having the same people as The last week, all the meals were tailed, if there was the dining room at 13:30, you had to be at 13:00 or before to tail, the same in dinner and breakfast, a complete disaster. Theme rooms, are well, old, but like the photos they put on your web. The hotel is close to the beach. The hotel was delicious. Fine kitchen, pleasant staff and a very good location. Rooms are spacious. Well 1 minpoint. There seems to be a law change in smoking in Spain as of 1 September 2023. This is really horrible, because it is possible to smoke everywhere on the terrace (including the covered piece), the smell is then smell in the lobby, even at the pool! You can't be interested in that, but the smoker is not interested in it, who just throws his mouth into a plastic glass with a bottom pump, you don't need a ashes, right? Tip for the hotel, make the hotel really smoking free and create a small room at the 4-4m stairs where only smoking is allowed there. Parking garage is there but it is quick full. So be prepared. Parking nearby can and is free but very busy. We will surely come back! Compliments again for the hotel.
