Poor customer service. The room is pretty small and does not reflects what’s described on *********** The bathroom is external and it smells super ugly. They never changed the towels (we stayed for 5 nights!!) they never cleaned the room and neither changed the bed’s sheets. I messaged the owner asking where the kitchen was as I saw at the moment of booking and she replied that they closed it since the pandemic 😓 The last day the water was cold and we had to have a very cold shower. We reported this to the maid and she didn’t take care of it. Fortunately another guest found out that the electricity was down so he called the owner and fixed it at least we could have hot water in the evening. During the day it’s very noisy as it’s near a very busy road and it’s almost impossible to rest. Very disappointed. Never again!!

La posizione della struttura e in centro alla città quindi perfetta! A pochi minuti dalla piazza centrale e a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana. La camera era molto ampia e con un armadio molto grande. Il pavimento della camera non era molto pulito (ho trovato capelli e etichette di vestiti per terra) Il bagno invece aveva parecchie lacune: - c’erano capelli sul pavimento e sul lavandino - negli angoli di tutta la doccia c’era muffa - il doccino della doccia non si poteva attaccare al porta doccino quindi dovevi tenerlo in mano - c'era la tenda ma usciva acqua dappertutto sul pavimento - il lavandino perdeva acqua che cadeva nel cassetto sottostante - una presa elettrica vicino lo specchio era rotta

Io e il mio moroso abbiamo prenotato tre giorni in questa bellissima struttura super centrale, pulitissima, aria condizionata, il top! Super consigliata era tutto perfetto, quindi chi volesse venire a valencia che venga qui da loro grazie mille

Die Lage ist fantastisch (direkt in einer Fußgängerzone); UBahn Station in der Nähe; es ist fast alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten das Dreibettzimmer mit eigenem Bad gebucht, genau wie in den Fotos abgebildet - sehr groß und sauber. Mit Klimaanlage, was fantastisch ist. Entgegen anderer Bewergungen muss ich sagen, dass unserer früheren Ankunfszeit entsprochen wurde und wir sehr freundlich und pünktlich empfangen worden sind (man hat schon auf uns gewartet). Dass wir kein Frühstück buchen konnten, machte nichts aus, da es im Umkreis viele gute Frühstücksgelegenheiten gibt (siehe Tipps bei Tripadvisor). Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
