Excellent location in the old city. Tough for the tsxi to find it. I definitely recommend not to drive in that area. We arrived late and followed the instructions to let ourselves in and get the key from the lock The first unit we were given was a bit dark so we were moved to a much nicer apartment 301. Reception service was excellent and helpful. Lots of restaurants around including some lovely places for breakfast in the nearby Plaça de la Reina. Recommended and we'll be back.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK -＞ Rooms are not the rooms in the photo. There is NO outside/patio/garden/balcony in the room. There is NO housekeeping so you have to do the dishes/clean yourself & the reception is NOT helpful and leaves you to your own devices. In addition, we lived outside for an hour and a half because our card didn't work, they were in no hurry to help me so I could get in. Valencia is beautiful, this organization will ruin your experience of this city so DO NOT book here

This apartment has the great location as it has under a kilometers away to some tourist spots in Valencia. The room is very well equipped and everything is new. The receptionist is very helpful & welcoming as we arrived earlier than checked-in time. If ever we’re in Valencia, we’ll definitely choose this place again and I highly recommend this one. Just a few meters away from the apartment, there are good restaurants that you can choose.

We were very impressed when we arrived at the apartment. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location was excellent. My son loved having his own room and space. We ate out at the square for breakfast which was a few minutes walk away would highly recommend the cafes on the square. We never had anyone come and make up our room whilst we stayed not sure if they should have or not but it wasn't a problem for us. Unfortunately on checking out we left my sons Samsung headphones outside the safe in the wardrobe, we didn't realise until we were eating breakfast, so a quick trip back to the apartments and very helpful reception staff took us back to the apartment but the room had already been cleaned by the cleaners and no headphones in sight. They asked the cleaners if they had found them and they said no. We know exactly where we left them so someone had definitely taken them. The reception staff were very helpful and even took me down to shake out where the old sheets were just to see if they had been left on the bed. We are 100% sure they were left near the safe. It was a sad end to an excellent stay at this property as someone was being dishonest, and it ruined our last few hours in Valencia. It was our fault as we left them in the room but you would have thought someone would have had the decency to own up to taking them when cleaning the room. Apart from that I would recommend this accommodation as it is very clean great location. Just make sure your valuable are locked up when not in the room, ad that you take everything on your departure.

Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The location is fantastic. We were close to shops, cafes, the market and cathedrals yet the room was still very quiet. Reception was extremely helpful anytime we needed assistance. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay! Centrally located, very close to the Plaza de la virgen, but in a very quiet street and so just seconds from bars and restaurants, and the cathedral. Lovely, spacious apartment. Very clean. Bathroom stocked with a good selection of toiletries, and a hairdryer too. Good WiFi. Very friendly staff - the receptionist was very helpful. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
