Libere Valencia Abastos

Stayed for 4 nights during Feb and booked the "studio room". Load of horse sh*t. May as well have asked a random person if I can stay in their flat. It's an annex built in the middle of tall buildings with no charm/vibe at all. Good look getting a view of the sky. The pictures look fine online, until your in the room and find marks all over the walls, holes and peeling plaster board. Cherry on the cake was having a window which overlooks a white wall. Their entire "24hr reception" is also horse sh*t. They rely on emails to communicate and I was not sent anything before arriving. In these emails are your codes to the app and building. There is no physical reception its all done through an app you have to download, good luck if you don't have phone data/WIFI. Your put through to a call centre to enter the building and they call the shots. Probably because they're too scared to face people for their crap service so they send the one minion who works there who turns up when she wants and keeps you waiting all day on a holiday you've been looking forward too. So any requests you have wont be dealt with until pigs fly. A room was requested at no charge due to their complete lack of organisation, timeliness a failure to accommodate our needs and provide us with correct information which led to booked experiences to be cancelled. They were unwilling to do so we were forced to pay more. All in all a complete dumpster fire of a hotel with the worst management and organisation I've ever seen. Cancel your booking if you've made one. Don't give them your hard earned money, they don't deserve it.

The all webbased checkin process is confusing as hell. However, once you get through it, everything is great.

I, by mistake, did not click on the option to purchase insurance to allow me to change or cancel my stay. In the days before leaving for Spain from the USA we canceled our entire trip because of a medical issue for one of us. We did not go and I learned to late that my stay at Libere Valencia Abastos in Valencia, Valencia Community Spain was not refundable. I lost $200.00 because they charged my card immediately and never responded to my email to request refund for my medical cancellation. Beware when planning to reserve a room at this hotel!

They sold me a parking pass that was over priced and before I used it and tried to cancel then they kept making excuses and basically held $75 euro from me despite my repeated requests to have a fair reimbursement. I am still waiting, once you check out all the help goes away. The chat disappeared. Be careful!! I loved the apartment however

of the three hotels we used in Spain, this seemed the most modern and friendly. the space was fantastic, and the phone app for the door was fun. definitely recommend. However, no human interaction available and we got lucky with on-street parking two blocks away by a store. Parking is a serious issue in Valencia and very tight.

The apartment was great! It had everything we needed and the location was great too. Very clean and modern. I’ll stay there again

Really great company managing these apartments. Really clean and tidy, lots of space - system to get in and out the building is really good and the app is pretty clear.

Modern apartments and studios, located in a noce renovated building. Spacious and convenient units, with small kitchen. Well functionning bathroom, even if the window of the shower could be somewhat longer! No reception, so in case of problem you have to call somewhere outside town. But the room maids are helpful every morning. Nice neighborhood, with many restaurants and walking distance from old center.
