great and new hotel, good to complementary mini bar drinks !!

The view from the room is unbeatable and we were not even on the highest floors. We didn’t book with breakfast, because food in Spain is so good that we’re used to find places nearby to hotels to eat. We regretted it as there aren’t many yummy options around, so my recommendation is to include the breakfast when you book, as it is more expensive on site. The buffet is simple, but good.

It is adjacent to the City of Arts and Sciences and is a large shopping mall, so the location is good. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good. Overall, recommended except that the bathroom door is made of glass.

Convenient transportation around, two small commercial centers nearby, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping are convenient, the hotel suites are spacious and comfortable

There are many museums nearby, which makes travel very convenient.

Hotel ILUNION Aqua 4 The hotel was in a fantastic location, just steps away from [like the Palacio de las Artes Reina Sofía ]. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight. It offers a wide variety of from fast food to some traditional food along with the likes of Starbucks etc, to cater to different dietary needs. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, with minimal waiting time. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal in my twin room on the 4th floor was weak and unreliable. Having a strong internet connection is essential these days, so this did hinder my stay a bit. I did inform the reception desk about the issue on the first day, but unfortunately, there wasn't a resolution during my short visit. This is a great hotel with a lot to offer, but reliable Wi-Fi is a must-have for many travellers, including myself. If this aspect can be improved, it would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Rude reception and restaurant staff, very abrupt and not at all helpful. Location was very good.

Staff were friendly, pleasant and efficient. Hotel location is perfect, between city centre and port. Breakfast is good value and of high standard. Room was perfect. Only small thing we disliked was the opaque glass bathroom door. Would certainly recommend and will stay there again it visiting Valencia.
