Very spacious hotel and comfortable bed and pillows. Very modern decorated and bathroom is new. Tv channels are enough and amenities provided are good. Minibar fridge is very good. So pleased with my stay.

The hotel is located close to the city centre and attractions. However it is basic and overpriced for the standard they’re offering.
On our arrival the staff members at the reception were not friendly and helpful. We’ve shared our concerns with the team at the reception next day

The location is pretty good. It's not far from the train station and you can walk to the central area. This room is in a building opposite, not upstairs from the lobby. The room is pretty, but the layout is a bit awkward. The bathroom decoration design is also very exquisite

This hotel is located in the center of Valencia and has a great environment. The front desk service was also very friendly. The room was large and comfortable. Boutique hotel feel. There is an underground parking lot next to the hotel for 18 euros per night.

Unfortunately I didn't like it
It seemed that because the booking was not made directly at the hotel, but through an agency, the attitude was different. For any requests and wishes at the reception they send you to talk to the agency; it seems wrong to me, since I am talking to the person standing in front of me. We sent a request for a room on the quiet side several times, they said that they did not receive anything and sent us back to the agency. The room is small and standard, although the booking indicated 20 sq. meters and a deluxe room. The breakfast is very average, the location is not bad if you need it close to the northern station. Will we return to this hotel again? No

Great location for very reasonable money... breakfast is not bad, the only downside is that it is very noisy at night, someone was constantly fighting and swearing under the windows... I stayed overnight before a half marathon that was important to me, in the morning they treated me to a banana and water for breakfast (nice)
