The hotel is located close to the city centre and attractions. However it is basic and overpriced for the standard they’re offering.
On our arrival the staff members at the reception were not friendly and helpful. We’ve shared our concerns with the team at the reception next day
We’re not happy with the description for this hotel.

Whether or not there is a reception in the building is a factor that solo travelers consider first when deciding whether or not to stay. At the time of reservation, I paid after seeing a photo of a 4-star hotel with a reception. As I checked in at the reception, I was disappointed to find out that my room was in a different building without a reception.
If it is a building different from the main hotel, you should have been notified in advance.

When I washed it and unfolded the towel to use, there was contamination on it. It was unpleasant.
I had one more spare, so I thought I'd just use this and go to sleep.

It was strange that the shower booth had no door and no shower curtain. I wondered if there was a structure like this. However, while checking out before going to bed, I saw that the bathroom listed at the time of reservation had a shower booth door. Did they assign a room that wasn't even ready?? If a sudden problem arose before I checked in, I should have asked for prior understanding.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the train station, and it takes only 10 minutes to walk after getting off the train. It is also within walking distance of major attractions and markets. The environment in the room is the best I have ever stayed in Spain at this price, equivalent to a boutique hotel in China.

Классная локация за весьма приемлимые деньги… завтрак неплохой, единственный минус- очень шумно ночью, постоянно кто- то дрался и ругался под окнами… остановилась на ночь перед важным для меня полумарафоном, утром на завтраке угостили бананом и водой( приятно)
