This hotel is a real treat, tucked away just outside the main central area about a 40 minute walk through a tree lined park. It has been open I believe since 2019 but felt and looks like a brand new hotel. It is exceptionally clean and bright and the staff were so friendly. I have stayed in a few hotels over the last years and the staff here have been amongst the best. We received a lovely warm welcome from all staff who were most courteous and appeared to genuinely make sure our stay was to be pleasurable. Our room was not ready when we arrived due to a laundry issue and the staff did everything they could to ensure our wait was to be as comfortable as possible offering cakes, coffee, option to enter our room (which had been cleaned ) just waiting for the laundry and offered us a complimentary breakfast for our inconvenience. The room and location of the hotel was very quiet, we had a great sleep on a very comfortable bed, air conditioning worked well and was quiet. I loved the quirkiness of this hotel especially the entrance. It had a charming feel. There are no staff at the hotel from late evening you are given an emergency number, but we had no problems entering the hotel early morning. Our only dislike was the shelf above the bed as it is quite easy to hit your head (as my husband did.) We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Valencia and thank all staff for making our stay so enjoyable. A perfect retreat!
