When we arrived we had a problem with the bathroom door and window, they solved it quickly and were very attentive.

Even though I confirmed the room rate that had already been paid in advance, I was double charged at check-out. I immediately emailed them to explain the situation, but they didn't give me a sufficient explanation, so I ended up having to explain it to the card company and not debit the local payment. This is unacceptable behavior for someone who works in the hotel industry.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but we had arranged to leave our car overnight in the parking lot, and when we arrived in the early hours of the morning, surprise! There was no parking; no one had told us it wasn't reservable and there was nothing they could do.
We had to find somewhere to park at 1:00 am.
Also, the cleaning lady knocked on the door at around 9:00 am, so she woke me up.

Very good hotel, close to L'alqueria, and comfortable in every aspect. Buffet breakfast, a bit sparse for my taste but with enough to have breakfast without problems. I would stay here again without any problem.

I had a room for one person and everything was fine except for one detail that I couldn't resolve, the thermostat that was there didn't have a display, it was one of those old ones and in any case it came out hot, the room temperature was fine but it felt a little dry and hot to sleep in, It needed a little cool or ventilation and it came out hot either way.
The rest was perfect, the cleanliness, the towels very good and the floor temperature perfect for being barefoot. I will surely repeat in the future.
