交通：很便利，乘地鐵3號線5號線都可以直達，地鐵口一定要有殘疾人電梯的那個口，否則其他的出口都會多走一路段。另外去市政廳那片古城，還有中餐集中的那條街都可以步行到達，十五分鐘左右的路程。
設施：這個配備挺滿意的，個人覺得可以簡易生活，基本夠用，酒店一樓有個門進去上二樓還有洗衣房，兩台洗衣機，兩台烘乾機，洗衣液前台會給，很貼心。每個房間都有一個小陽台，很温馨。房間內的沙發打開是個雙人床，適合一家人出行，唯一遺憾的是枕頭對我來説，又高又硬，四個枕頭都如此。另外就是酒店的隔音不好，樓下行人説話和機動車走過都能聽到，睡眠不好的人，晚上有點痛苦。
衞生：衞生情況也很滿意，每天清清爽爽，很乾凈。房間衞生三天打掃一次。
環境：大堂優雅，房間內面積也很大，很好。
服務：前台的小哥哥小姐姐都很nice，很友好。

位置還可以不在鬧市區，走路到的鬧市區或西班牙鬥牛場附近的中餐店約10～15分鐘，房間還不錯沙發床也挺大的，靠近馬路有點吵關上窗門還可以，有洗碗機和鍋碗瓢盆可以自己做飯，洗手間馬桶沖水會噴出來，前台服務挺好的，不想走路可以在酒店租單車，瓦倫西亞市區有單車道騎單車幾分鐘也挺方便。

酒店裝飾很經濟，但酒店很乾凈，房間很大。酒店周圍馬路上免費停車位很難找，但如果停的遠些，走個10-15分鐘也能找到。酒店3天打掃一次。微波爐，洗碗機都有，但注意餐具不在房間清潔項目之內，必須自己清洗。淋浴水不大，熱水也要等會兒才有。酒店前台服務很熱情也很好。酒店地理位置還算方便。有直達公車到海灘。走到市中心和老城都大約10-15分鐘，不是很遠。酒店不遠有超市，小童小公園，餐廳酒吧，還是很方便。不是很喜歡酒店提供的洗浴產品。
