Excellent position situated right in the centre of the town. Quiet neighborhood, very close to the restaurants, stores, bus stations and subway. The guy from the reception, Ricardo, was very friendly. The bed from upstaires is smaller not suitable for 2 adults and a child. The cleaning could have been better The apartment needs some improvements as some pieces of furniture are old and scratched

Excellent location to get to know the center on foot, I don't know where vehicles are allowed to enter. Bad for: No one greets you on arrival. The maintenance of the apartment is non-existent, the TV remote does not work, the air conditioning does not work, in the bathroom there is no hanger or paper holder, the shower support is broken, the broom and the dustpan are in the bathroom, no one fires you either. The cleanliness is correct.

Situato a pochi passi dalla Torre de Serranos, nel cuore della Città Vecchia, la struttura è molto bella con camere spaziose, ben arredate e ben fornite. Bagno abbastanza spazioso. Bisognerebbe fare una pulizia più accurata e dare una aggiustatina a qualche piccolo problemino periodicamente.

Hotel situato nella città vecchia a pochi minuti dalla Cattedrale. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti durante il nostro viaggio a Valencia. Punti di forza: posizione ottima vicino ai principali punti di interesse e alle fermate degli autobus. Camera ampia con cucina attrezzata, ampio frigo e lavatrice. Gestore gentilissimo, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli sia all'arrivo che dopo il check out. Pulizia buona Punti dolenti: letto matrimoniale ad una piazza e mezza e condizionatore rumoroso. Evitate camere al primo piano, talvolta di notte sentivamo i rumori provenienti dalla strada. Comunque visto il rapporto qualità/prezzo e la ottima posizione lo raccomando

Ottima posizione in pieno centro. Personale cordiale e disponibile, ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie sul posto nel giorno della partenza. Appartamento con angolo cottura, divano letto e camera matrimoniale. Dotato di ascensore. Posizione strategica nel primo centro a pochi passi dal mercato centrale e da Plaza de la Reina.

No se puede acceder con el coche al apartamento ni para descargar las maletas. El apartamento esta muy sucio. El recepcionista es muy poco eficaz. Tenia que llamarle yo para que mandase la info de la reserva i el mail para realizar el pago. Persiana rota. Luces que no funcionan. Saltan los plomos.
