Hotel position very good and well appointed.Had large bedroom good bathroom on second floor but no street view just overlooking bins.Breakfast adequate but three day stay spoilt by, on arrival, being asked to make full payment there and then with no compromise.

10 of us stayed across the marathon weekend. Excellent hotel, beautiful design and excellent facilities and location in the heart of the old city was perfect. Vitoria and Charlie were super helpful before and during our visit. Breakfast was excellent as well. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Immaculate little hotel just off the Placa de la Reina. Ideally placed for visiting the main sights in the city on foot, with Cathedral just off the square, the Market a short walk through the myriad of small streets. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by, and of course a huge range across the city centre. Our room was really very nice, and the whole hotel was I think newly finished. Reception staff were very helpful with everything.

The hotel is very cute...very nice decoration details. The room is very spacious with everything you need. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Cleanliness in general good. Being a small hotel, with an unbeatable location, the reception at night does not exist. They explain how to get through with the key. Well, there is a big failure because it is not just that there is no one, it is that if the key fails to enter or the alarm goes off, as was our case, there is no one who can be reached. No telephone number to assist you in case of any eventuality. The alarm went off and all the guests went down to the reception; We searched through the papers we saw and in the end we located a telephone number who lived outside of Valencia and who is an external worker. The alarm company had no idea who it was...well...a real mess. It seems that the Casa Clarita phone is connected to the reception of another hotel, according to this worker, but no one in that hotel answered either. . After an hour and a half (from 00:00 to 01:30) the external worker (who was not on duty or anything) appeared to disconnect the alarm. The event itself is anecdotal but THEY SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE, ESSENTIAL, CONTACT TELEPHONES, FOR THOSE HOURS OF ABSENCE OF RECEPTIONISTS. This time nothing happened but it could have been something more serious.

Good location, very new hotel, excellent cleanliness but lousy breakfast and poor service from the reception staff. There are much better hotels than this one for what we paid. The crappy breakfast is not the next thing; You could see the employees going to buy what was missing!!! Mamma mia

The hotel is very well located, a stone's throw from Place de la Reina (facing the cathedral). Despite everything, the place is very quiet. The decor is nice. The rooms are comfortable. Very nice home. (We did not try the breakfast)

Tranquilidad y relax en el corazón del barrio del Carmen. Sin duda cumple con su nombre "singular hotel", no olvidarás su cuidada decoración, el mimo por el detalle y la posibilidad de alojarte en un palacete renovado. La cuidada atención de Rafael y su equipo lo hacen único, con ganas de repetir tanto en Casa Clarita como en su hermano, el SH inglés, tiene una decoración preciosa , volveremos sin duda!
