The great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.

It was expensive, but so worth it. Everything was great, from service and location to beauty of hotel itself, the room, the terrace and views, the bathroom, the Guerlain hair and body products, the Pancracio chocolate-covered walnuts in super-cute candy boxes at turndown service, the free mini-bar and waters, the valet service ... just such exquisite attention to detail and the kind of hotel experience that is very hard to come by these days -- that is, not corporate, but rather, sort-of, well, royal. The in-room breakfast was delicious and overabundant. A perfect getaway, be it for a night or a longer stay. The only thing I would do differently next time is bring my own pillow, because I wasn't completely comfortable with the bed pillow shape/firmness. The bed itself was very comfortable. Whole-heartedly recommend.

This is a fantastic hotel for a long weekend break. Very friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms and ideally situated for the old town. The spa was great, too. Highly recommended. The staff were very good at recommending other places to visit, not least an Irish pub round the corner when we wanted to watch the Euro 22 final. All in all, this is a place with a very good vibe. The prices are reasonable for a hotel of this quality.

The furniture in the hotel room, the bathroom is really old. Always feel that the service staff is not professional enough, as a 5 star hotel should be well trained. Because during the epidemic, the swimming pool has to be reserved, the swimming pool reception is a bit rude. Unsuitable guests come to swim, sometimes because the number of people is full, even in-house guests can not use the swimming pool. I feel that the hotel is not very suitable for this arrangement. There is also a little bit of update in the hotel, such as changing carpets, brushing the wall near the hotel elevator, if construction, some rooms should be closed and not booked, but the hotel does not seem to have a plan at all, the whole corridor is gray, arrange the guests to take the freight ladder. My adult son and I travelled to Valencia from Benidorm by bus to go to the burning of the Fallas 'La Crema'. The hotel was great for the bud station as it's next door and there's a taxi rank outside, as well as a huge shopping mall with an El Corte Inglés opposite. However during La Crema, roads into the city centre are all closed so we had to walk everywhere and by the end of the Two days we were absolutely done in. It's a hood half hour walk across the old river bed to get into the main city. If I ever went to the fallas again I'd stay in the centre for sure. However the Turia itself is decent - great bathroom with soap and shampoo and a little balcony. Biggest issue for me was no kettle - I was dying for a cuppa in room! But aside from that it was clean and comfortable! Valencia is a beautiful city and if you are there outside of the Fallas fiesta it's s great location as we would have jumped in a taxi to town.

Verry friendly personel at the hotel. Good accessible in the whole hotel for people in a wheelchair. Also a special table for people in a wheelchair. Nice breakfast too. Unfortunatelly the pool was not open.

Hotel in the centre, wonderful location as just a few steps from the square and the station, the room was quite small, with a box in the wall, a bathroom that, could be more cured, but it was well, a window completely useless, Because there was a wall, a well-functioning air conditioner, and a very comfortable bed, a lot of dirty and dirty table, also provided by TV. This is a charming, modern hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The location really couldn't be better - right next to the Central Market and walking distance to everything you will want to visit in Valencia. (If you have time, head over to the market for lunch and check out Central Bar by Ricard Camarena!) There are many different room types to choose from. We had one facing the plaza on the street side. The view was fantastic and the street noise wasn't too bad. Our room had a kitchen, which we didn't use, but it would have been nice had we stayed longer. The room was spacious. Wifi worked OK (not the fastest). Modern bathroom with hot water and good water pressure. All the furnishings were in good condition, good quality, and clean. We had wonderful massages at the spa. Don't miss the breakfast - it is really excellent! Three courses with multiple options to choose from for each, plus your choice of drinks. So delicious! We did experience what some other reviews have described with the air conditioning turning off in the middle of the night - they told us they were not allowed to let guests adjust it below 21C per Spanish law, but they manually turned it down to 19C for us (adjusting it from the front desk). They promised to keep it running overnight, but it seemed to get down to 19 and then turn off completely until we would overheat and call again. 21C would have been fine with us had the fan been running, but it wasn't running at all in between and the room got so stuffy. Not a huge deal for two nights, but it would have gotten really annoying had we stayed longer.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cosmo. The location was fantastic--steps away from the main attractions and a broad choice of restaurants. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, with a good shower with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The best part was the staff--kind and helpful. We were warmly greeted by Marcel and received excellent advice from Lena at the front desk and great service from Maika and the bar tender at the restaurant. We are deeply grateful for this enjoyable visit.

We had room 3 with a balcony overlooking the square. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was a self serve in the shared area. Entry was via key codes sent by email One minor comment was that on the last day of our 5 day stay we were told we couldn’t take breakfast in the breakfast area as we hadn’t reserved a table. At no time were we asked to make reservations and I suspect it was to appease a large family group. Either way please make sure all guests understand the breakfast arrangements. That being said I would recommend a stay here
