Apartamentos Core Suites Valencia

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is great and very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. Especially the kitchen equipment is very complete, I like it👍
Exe Rey Don Jaime

Very professional hotel with excellent service. The location of the hotel is fine however 'feels' isolated. Very well received at check in and polite and correct check out. Very clean room of reasonable size. Recommended.
Balcon Al Mar

Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. It’s on a very busy main road, this did not affect our stay, windows are sound proofed. Staff very friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Stayed on the first floor, small lift was available. I had noisy neighbours in the next room, I mentioned it to reception. The issue was dealt with straight away. I only had two issues, 1) the front door step is hazardous, no warning and takes a bit of getting used to. The second, no tea or coffee facility in the room. There is tea/ coffee facilities near reception, however, if you’re an early riser your sat waiting around. Other than these 2 small issues, the hotel is lovely, would stay again.

Very good experience, very worthwhile, highly recommended, subway entrance, next to a large supermarket, travel and life are very convenient. Highly recommended, but it's a bit cold in winter, so you can take a bath.
AC Hotel Valencia

AC Hotel Valencia is near the City of Arts and Sciences and thus a good location if you are into the Hemisferic, etc. What made me provide 5 stars is their frontdesk team. From the check in, to my stay, to my check out, and even when I accidentally left some personal items, they still accommodated my request and lent a helping hand.
Urban Youth Hostel

One of the things I love most about hostels is meeting people. When you have a kitchen you can cook in and common sitting areas that allow you to read a book, work on your computer or just chill with your phone, there's an opportunity to start chatting to strangers. Urban Youth Hostel doesn't allow for this opportunity. The main common area is more of a restaurant. There's a kitchen you can cook in but it's extremely basic. Very few utensils, pots, pans and spices and some of the electric burners don't work so if there are more than 2 or 3 people trying to cook something more than an omelet they would have to stand in line to finish what they started. Throughout the day there's music in the sitting area and depending on the staff it can be very loud and uninviting. Obviously they want you to buy food from them, so there's no breakfast or dinner offered, which can be nice, but even things like cold drinking water on hot days are limited since the tap water in the kitchen are warm and you get charged for ice from the restaurant. During evening time sometimes the restaurant becomes a bar. Apart from the area there's a big terrace. It closes at 9pm and doesn't have any shade during the day. On the third floor, where the office is, there are some desks and chairs and it's quite but apparently it's only for staff. Thus, there are no quite and inviting common areas where people can sit, chat, have a drink and chill. And that's why I won't be staying there again. Beds (in shared dormitory) - have their own curtain that doesn't cover the entire length of the bed to prevent the light coming in and the mattress is very thin.
