El acceso al sitio es muy malo, la entrada no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. El trato del personal, excepto por un tipo llamado Juan que no sabe lo que es la educación. El baño de las habitaciones, del siglo pasado. El desayuno buffet, muy mediocre y escaso, el acceso es por el garage (inimaginable). Las fotos que se ven en la web, no son reales, están tomadas para aparentar lo que no es. EXPERIENCIA MEDIOCRE TIRANDO A MALA.

El sitio es bastante menos de lo que se puede ver en las fotos. El servicio bastante normalito. La atención al cliente básica. Le hace falta una reforma en las habitaciones. Y sobre todo, nos estropeó la experiencia un tal Juan que trabaja allí. Que se entrometió donde nadie le llamaba. Muy mal educado.

Fuimos a una boda. El equipo de trabajadores súper educado y muy profesional. Las habitaciones son todas diferentes La nuestra estaba en la menos cero y la verdad que tenía un balcón enorme. El único problema que nos encontramos fueron las almohadas, súper duras y muy incómodas para dormir

Maravilloso con unas instalaciones preparadas para todo tipo de visitas, en mi caso fue empresa, una comida espectacular y las habitaciones cuidadas con mucho detalle… El personal muy atento y merece mención especial hasta el parking!!

Ayer se celebró el enlace de una amiga en el palacete de la Ochava. No podría aportar más que buenas palabras hacia cada persona que trabaja ahí, por su trato tan cercano (recepcionistas, camareros, estilistas y demás personal), cada detalle cuidado con el mayor de los mimos. Están pendientes de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. El recinto y entorno donde se celebró la boda fue espectacular. Muchísimas gracias, hicisteis del día de ayer un día inolvidable.
