긴여정에 중간 지점 찾느라 예약한 호텔인데 조용하고 깨끗하고 좋았어요 직원도 친절하시구요 무엇보다 욕실이 넓고 욕조가 있어 좋았어요 여행 피로도 풀고 좋았어요

Como siempre todo excelente. Solemos ir todos los años porque nos gusta el Spa y el desayuno es de calidad. Destacar también la amabilidad de todas las personas que trabajan allí. Tuvimos un problema a la llegada con la reserva y lo solucionaron rápidamente.

Booked as a stopover from Bilbao to southern Spain. Secure underground parking which was navigable in a transit size van. Had a good sized accessible room. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again when travelling through Spain

estupendo, muy buena ubicación , excelente trato, las habitaciones son grandes y limpias , el parking es grande y el desayuno está muy bien, no se puede pedir mas, además el precio está muy bien por el tipo de hotel, en fin si vuelvo a Valdepeñas no tendré ninguna duda de que hotel ir

Baño con ducha inoperativa con cambios bruscos de temperatura, agua hirviendo o helada. Comunicamos la incidencia a primera hora y la gestión durante todo el día fue nula. Por la noche comprobamos que continuaba la incidencia y tras llamar nosotros a última hora del día marchándonos al día siguiente en recepción la señora que nos atiende con cero capacidad de gestión y tono combativo nos dice que bajemos para proceder al cambio de habitación. Que como no habiamos preguntado, no nos conocía. Supongo que no sabe lo que es un teléfono registrado en recepción. Le comuniqué que pondriamos una hoja de reclamaciones y literalmente nos contestó que " hicieramos lo que quisiéramos" a lo que respondí que hariamos lo que procedía. Sinceramente decepcionate.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel, y nos encontramos muy a gusto. Personal amable, y una situación estupenda. El parking muy bien. Nos obsequiaron con unas botellas de agua para el regreso, además en el minibar también hay agua de cortesía.
