It could be better
The hotel is in a very good place in the middle of the nature but the price is a bit expensive for the type of food being served.
The rooms not very clean. Air con didn't work and the shower was hard to use for old people. No handle available.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todos los destinos a visitar por el valle del Jerte y cerca también de Plasencia. Con la estancia podíamos ir al balneario una hora al día, relajación para acabar el día después de visitar cosas. Lo único que estuvimos un poco incómodos fue porque en la habitación hacía mucho calor, supongo que al estar el balneario tan cerca subía el vapor, pero con abrir un rato la ventana se solucionaba.

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, la comida y la cena han dejado un poquito que desear en relación precio/calidad.A pesar de ser espacio sin humos, la habitación tenía olor a tabaco. Se valora de forma positiva su entorno natural y balneario.

Solo fuimos a pasar la mañana y a comer. Si se quiere desconectar es el lugar ideal. Con un entorno idílico, muy bonito. Un verdadero oasis de relajación. A unos 20 Km de Plasencia. Tiene Spa con acceso desde el mismo hotel. El buffet no muy grande pero de buena calidad y variado. Trato muy correcto y agradable por parte del personal.

Acudí con mi pareja para darme un masaje aprovechando que estaba de escapada por la zona. He puesto una puntuación de 3 en el servicio, ya que mi masaje fue de 2 y el de mi pareja de 5, aún contenta porque era un regalo para él. Durante los 45 min contratados sólo me estuvieron extendiendo aceite por el cuerpo ( como cuando yo me pongo crema al salir de la ducha) sin darme ningún tipo de masaje ni emplear ninguna técnica, y al comentarlo, tampoco cambió ni mejoró la cosa. Me he dado varios masajes en varios sitios, algunos más humildes y otros más lujosos y si la persona es profesional no importa el lugar, la verdad es que nunca me había pasado contratar un masaje y que no me lo dieran, eso sí, salí muy hidratada! Jajaja Creo que al pedir si podíamos darnos los dos el masaje a la vez, debieron ponerme a una persona que no era masajista. En definitiva, no lo recomendaría, ya que no debería depender del azar que te toque alguien profesional o no

la habitacion en mantenimiento y limpieza deja que desear , el baño iden de lo mismo eso tratandose de un hotel de 4 estrellas y los dias que hemos estado a hecho calor y sin aire acondicionado no pudiendo dejar puerta ni ventanas de la terraza abierta por no tener mosquiteras

He estado en bastantes balnearios y este sin duda el peor ,la seguridad del spa es NULA ,sin mantenimiento y muy descuidado, el personal antipático para estar de cara al público. Un balneario no puede tener una sauna seca donde pises y se rompa la madera porque en mi caso fue : hematomas ,derrame e hinchazón ,dolor y una visita al médico pero si llega a cortarme la madera a mí o a otra persona mayor hubiese sido un gran problema , y el colmo pedirme que devolviera la pomada que se me ofreció no sea que me fuera a quedar con ella y el hotel se arruinará,les aconsejo hagan una revisión a fondo del spa para un futuro.Q decepción!!!
