The apartment was not clean when we first walked in, old underwear was still littered around the rooms. Radiators with dark red (blood-like colour) stains in nearly all rooms. Location was reasonable. Staff were unfriendly, almost a dislike of their guests from the start. We read that they withhold deposits so we saw them on the last day and they provided a “receipt” of the deposit and said it would take up to 7 days to get back. We have now been waiting over 2 weeks for the deposit and still nothing. We left it in a much better state than we found it, pictures provided are the after shots. I wish it looked like this before we got there. Extremely disappointed and have made a formal complaint to our holiday provider.

The location of the hotel is decent, not really ski in ski out, but extremely close to the slope. A lot of loud British people that make noise during the night, it was at time hard to fall asleep. The cleanliness was decent, althought it could be better, but the biggest problem is that it is cold in the apartment and only 2 light-ish covers are given.

apartment that is falling into disrepair, dishwasher that only works on one program...fridge that freezes everything, a large living room with a single light bulb, a small TV with half the channels inaccessible...only one bathroom and one toilet for an apartment made for 8 people...and we're not talking about the lamentable state of the ski room!!

If you absolutely want to go to Val Tho on a small budget why not but you shouldn't expect high standards: noisy apartment, not super clean, residence not super secure. Really basic service, you don't have to be too careful.

très mécontent de l'appartement literie très très salle service de nettoyage et entretien de la résidence a revoir. Personnels a l'écoute mais pas efficace. Je ne recommanderais pas cette résidence a ma famille ou amis

Isolation du logement très mauvaise, voisinage très bruyant jusqu'à très tard la nuit malgré la présence de la gendarmerie à proximité. Couvertures pleines de poils et de cheveux. Bonne literie pour la chambre. Accueil agréable

L'appartement et en particulier le séjour et la cuisine sont très peu équipés : pas de prises électriques dans le séjour, lave-vaisselle 2 pers pour 5, très peu de meubles dans la cuisine (les couverts ont du être rangés dans le séjour!) et de vaisselles. De plus, la version Duplex n'est pas adaptée aux personnes de plus de 1m80.

Contrairement au avis que j'ai pu lire, j'ai eu un studio très propre, bien équipé avec un chauffage qui fonctionne et de l'eau chaude en suffisance. le personnel est très accueillant et le bâtiment bien situé pour aller skier( vous avez la bulle et la piste à 50M) et aussi pour aller au resto ou faire les courses.

Bel emplacement dommage que les lits soient petits l’évier bouché et le ménage pas fait à l’arrivée … Accueil peu aimable ( disent de se plaindre sur service odalys France et n’assume pas trop…) Le ski au pied est génial par contre
