FULL RESTAURANT
I booked the hotel because it has a restaurant. When I arrived the restaurant was fully booked. Was it fully booked when I made my reservation - if so why was I not told? Or why was I not asked if I wanted to book a table?

Basic furnishing , smelly carpet in the corridor leading to the rooms, difficult to open the door with a magnetic card, poor wifi but the room is clean and spacious. Small space for the buffet breakfast without products for celiacs and lactose intolerant. Poor value for money.

When I arrived I was thinking. Wow again an old French lived high way hotel as there are 500 in France. When you looked to the carpet etc it’s old and you are situated besides the Mac. But …… The full team is super friendly and helps always. The room cleaning is super good ! And my room was at the Mac but ….. they don’t work late and have no breakfast. So no problem at all. I will go back ! Because of the people and it was price quality super ok. Thanks equipe !

Our flight was delared. We texted the hotel through ******* in advance.We arrived late, and could not access the property. The front gates were locked, and there was a fence around the back. They did not answer their phone. We stayed in hotel accross the street

The hotel recently changed the name from Brit Hotel to Best Hotel. This was worrying when we could not find Brit Hotel.

revoir l'isolation absoluement
Chambre extrèmement mal isolé, l'impression réelle d'être avec mon voisin de chambre dans la meme piece.
Une porte sans isolation séparer les deux chambres, naturellement le moindre soupir se laisse entendre d'une chambre à l'autre. un peu malsaint comme ambiance.
