Not satisfied
The air conditioner didn’t work, hardly slept and weren’t able to get a discount. Carpet was filthy and room had a bad odour

Back door did not have a latch/lock
Locked with a wooden piece. This was Not acceptable for a deluxe room.

Not going back
The breakfast was the highlight of my stay. The rest of it was bad. The room was smelly, the bed uncomfortable and the fridge didn't keep the food cold. Unfortunately the ice machine was out of order so plan b was out the door. Now I don't know if it was just luck of the draw but the clientele made me double check the locks on the door.

There was a power outage on the night we were staying there, likely due to the construction on the building. We had been warned that there would be *no water* on the day of our check-out, but no warning about complete lack of power. Thus, there was no "breakfast" the next morning, and our fridge didn't work to keep my medication cold (not to mention the TV, lights, etc. etc.). We couldn't even charge our phones. There was no explanation and no refund. Extremely poor hotel experience, and virtually zero customer service.

Didn’t like the fact that we had no air conditioning during this stay. Liked that the manager when advised offered us a credit for our troubles.
Today we left for the day and upon returning, we found that our room had not been cleaned, no towels left for us etc… When I went to the front desk to complain, the young lady advised me that they had a lot of checkouts today and she probably never got around to it before she left work. Not my problem! So I asked will you leave a message for me to the manager. She asked what I wanted to say ???? I said how about we received no room services today for a start. They did end up giving us some clean towels for me to take to my room. Will never stay here again. T. W. Ontario

Not senior friendly.
Disappointed as a senior that the bathroom is not equip with handles to get in & out of shower. Racks broken in bathroom. Had to stay upstairs (no elevator). No rooms in main floor with two beds. I would have left if it wasn’t already paid for. Only bright moment is when a cleaning staff assisted with luggage in the stars

Cold room
I was there for one night, my room was cold and the heat system took about an hour to be at a confortable level and also realy noisy. It's not normal after a long drive during a business trip to not find a confortable room when you arrived.
