Alpine hotels don't get much better than this. Service, food, location, the extra touches etc.. On a good day the terrace restaurant is one of the best in the alps for lunch in sunshine surrounded by beautiful views and people. Naturally you pay for this world of luxury, but it is well worth it! Oh and it has an inhouse Cedric Grolet barery - what more do you need!

We had a wonderful stay at Airelles. We stayed for 7 nights and skied almost every day. It's probably the best location of all the hotels in Val d'Isere where you can ski out and back to the hotel and plump down into one of the Adirondak chairs after skiing, relax facing the sun and mountain and have an apres ski drink. The hotel is all out luxury, from the quaint lobby to the well appointed rooms with very comfortable beds and a full on snack bar that is all inclusive. And to top it off, regular ski laundry (under-garments, ski tops, sox) are all free for room service laundry. They even leave high quality gifts every day on your bed, from expensive ski sweaters upon arrival to ski sox and headgear. The gym, pool, and sauna areas are one of the best we've ever seen and the breakfasts are top notch! Hard to find any areas of improvement. Minor areas were -- when it's windy the hotel lobby smelled of the fireplace and the ski locker staff, while pleasant were not up to the quality of assistance and charm we experienced in other places like L'Apogee in Courchevel. Also the Japanese restaurant in the hotel is trying to be at the Nobu level but fell short. Otherwise, a luxury hotel with a wonderful experience that was worth every penny.

Our family of five stayed at the Arielles for a week in early April. To begin with, Val D’Isere is a much different experience then Courcheval. The mountain is more of a”ski town” feel, with rustic elegance, as opposed to the luxury and branding of its nearby mountain competitor. Arielles in Val D’Isere is a five star hotel in every way. The service was fantastic. The hotel and spa are very nice, and the ski room on the lower level is easy to use, and really nice and user friendly. It’s important to note that the best restaurants in Val D’Isere all are either on property, close by, or directly affiliated with the hotel. Make plans to visit all four for the best dinners in town. Val D’Isere has a decent Apres Ski set up, but it is nothing like Courcheval. Great meals and a great time, but not over the top. The one negative about Arielles we found, with our three teenage and early twenties children, was the amount of young kids everywhere at the hotel. The spa was most times filled with young kids in the pool. They were loud and it is not a relaxing spa at times to be in. That said, the overall experience was excellent. The location within steps of the Gondola’s was great for ski in/ski out, and as stated the hotel is lovely with wonderful service. Overall, for those looking for a beautiful family ski hotel with all the amenities Arielles has it.

After spending a week at this hotel I believe they should be a location for other hotel managers and owners to go and learn how a 5 star hotel should be run. First of all they are right on the slopes and are one of the few places in town where you don't have walk before or after your ski day. Their rooms, restaurants, spa are some of the best you can find in a ski resort anywhere. Certainly the best in Val D'Isere. The real area they make a difference however is the service. The generous gifts they put in your room every night, amazing ski room staff making sure you don't have to lift a finger, free snacks and drinks spread all around the hotel from reception to teens room all made us feel more at home than anywhere else we have been to.

Excellent location and beautiful terrace however service was terrible, food mediocre and totally overpriced. We waited more than 30 mins to get our drinks and food took almost 1 hour. They managed to forget one meal. Probably the nicest hotel and terrace in Val D’Isere but if you want to be “high end” you need to also provide exceptional service and this fell far short.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and I cannot recommend it enough. The standard is exceptional, one of the best we have had. They have lovely restaurants and bar, although we find the service a little rude and slow on occasions, especially at LouLou, however this is not to dampen the overall experience of the stay. The quality of the hotel is exceptional and the food. I would like to highly commend the boot room staff, who probably don't get mentioned much, they are exceptional, so friendly and helpful - I have never experienced anything like it at a ski resort. Previous years we have stayed at the hotel, but this year we stayed at their Chalet Schuss next door, still with full use of the hotel and this was also exceptional. We had our own Concierge, Constantin, who was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for him and anticipated our needs ahead of us. Also Mary our Housekeeper and Rudolph our Chef. One of the best holidays we have had. We have stayed at other Airelles properties and they have a very high standard.

we went from Tinges to have dinner at your hotel.( 8 Mar 24) after we finished our dinner we asked the waitress to get a taxi for us back to Tinges, she said we have to ask the concierge downstair so we did. the concierge was very rude and unhelpful He said there is no taxi after 6pm he said “please ask your hotel to pick us back to Tinges” we did argue with him because we do believe this is an unexceptable service from a hotel like Airelles. you should see from your CCTV ( around 8.50pm 8th Mar 2024 at cocierge desk) how rude and unhelpful he did to us. after a few argue he got a taxi for us. the taxi he said taxi service is available all night! this even make us feel even worse with your hotel. compare to Le Airelles Courchevel the service there was exceptional! all the staff there were so nice and polite.

Me and my family are fond of les airlles properties especially the one at courchevel due to their good service and the quality pf the food at their restaurants. I cant say that for les airelles val d’ isere, the service was bad, the concierge was so rude and unhelpful. He refused to book us a taxi and claimed that the taxi was not operating after 18.00 pm and although we were a hotel guest (we went to have dinner at their hotel) , we were not a residence and so he could not offer the shuttle service. Didnt expect this kind if treatment from a hotel like les airlles, definitely not coming back here….
