We had the privilege to dine here on two occasions. Both time the food was simply exceptional. Without hesitation it's been some of our best food in the region. Merci beaucoup!

Lovely stay with perfect owners Some people make the ideal hosts/owners and the two guys here are both super helpful The room is very nice but is quite small for couples with lots of luggage , and for us the bed which is a standard double is to small, we had to top & tail as I spread out when sleeping But otherwise comfy. Stunning view of the mountain and skiers right outside window Food was great , although we prefer a cooked breakfast but that’s a personal thing. All in all a great location & perfect hosts , we would not hesitate in booking here again

A wonderful few days at Hotel L'Etable. The team went beyond the expected with their outstanding communication both before and during our stay. The hotel is lovely and comfortable and the staff are amazing. Very conveniently situated, ski in and out. Great food.

There are places on earth that charge. They charge for life and happiness, for heart and soul smiling. This is one of those. It seems that a fairy tale lives here. Such places always have connection with nature and the people involved. Because the beauty of nature is empty and dead without human filling. The people here are simply fantastic. It is they who help create a fairy tale. Huge thanks to all of them including the dog. All the best to them! Hope to be back. Also, I highly recommend the restaurant and Swiss Merlot wine. There's no chance that you will not love this place.

We were due to stay at Mountain Lodge but a Covid outbreak meant we had to switch at the very last minute. The owner and staff at L'Etable could not have been more accommodating and we enjoyed four fantastic nights at this wonderful Hotel. Tucked away in sleepy Les Crosets is a beautiful Hotel, run by caring and attentive staff. In addition, the food we experienced in the restaurant was of the highest standards and we left, knowing that we will definitely return.

Wow ... what a find. Our plans changed due to Covid restrictions and we are so glad they did. Jean Michel and his team run a beautiful hotel, very friendly and I would recommend to anyone. The rooms are very comfortable, and the bathrooms with the heated floors are great. We had mountain view rooms which really added the extra element of the Alps feeling to our stay. The resultant and bar and first class. The steaks are to die for ... one of the best steak meals I've (and the whole group agreed) that we have had. We had to go back for a second night it was that good. All in all an amazing few days helped by having amazing accommodation.

Zimmer, Ausstattung, Lage und Sauberkeit top. Trotz Voranmeldung via E-Mail und Information beim Check-In bezüglich glutenfreier Ernährung, hat dies leider anfangs nicht geklappt. Es war auf ein Kommunikationsversäumnis des Managements zurückzuführen. Die Küchencrew hat sofort reagiert. Wir wollten das Management darüber informieren, was die Glutenunverträglichkeit für uns bedeutet. Das Verständnis war aber gering, vielmehr ging das Ganze in eine Verteidigungs- und Rechtvertigungshaltung über. Dies hat dem schönen Aufenthalt einen faden Beigeschmack gegeben.

La chambre était de bonne taille, propre, en très bon état et au calme. Le restaurant est en face, le petit déjeuner est un peu cheep, mais complet. La cuisine de très bonne qualité, une très jolie carte des vins et le service attentionné nous ont ravis. Début août, c'est le seul resto ouvert de la station, donc, réservation obligatoire.
