Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodations. Size of the kitchen is impressive. The layout of the apartment is logical. Close to skiing lifts, shopping. The shuttle to the mountain was helpful. Lockers for ski equipment were great. Game room was well equipped.

We have used The Lion as our base for our family ski holidays to Vail for a couple off seasons now and we love it - it is like a home away from home - the facilities are clean, the rooms are super comfortable and the service is excellent. We will be back.

This was our second stay at the Lion. It's a beautiful place and we enjoyed the pools and steam room after skiing/snowboarding all day. Lockers to store equipment are a nice perk. Close to Lionshead Village and can either walk or take free shuttle to Vail Village.

This high quality rental in Lionshead is beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. Everything one can do in Vail is within walking distance. Accommodations, location, and stay were top notch. Too bad Andrey at the desk was rude and unhelpful.

Roberta over at The Lion is simply a pleasure to deal with. Overall the property is a great place to enjoy and the location is great. Had daily cleaning services along with concierge services that made are stay a lot more enjoyable and relaxing. We are definitely going back for our 6th straight year.

The Lion Vail is perfect for families and couples vacations. We loved our stay and want to go back. There are units with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. The gym and pools are great. Some units have better view than others. The decor has a mountain modern look.

Our experience as a couple at The Lion was impeccable. This property is only 6 years old so the accommodations were clean, modern yet very cozy, warm, and plentiful. The service was excellent and amenities convenient (and extensive). We cannot praise this property enough. Very highly recommend. We will return again soon. Worth every penny.

Stayed at the Lion for a thanksgiving Ski trip. Greatest staff service I have ever experienced. Stayed for 7 days. Skied for 5 days and visited other resorts with the kids as well to ski. The staff was so on point! I got injured by pulling a calf muscle towards the end of day 1 and they went and got me crutches and ice. Thankfully I was able to join the boys back on the mountains for day 4 and day 5. Thank you to all of the staff. Also, they have a partnership with Venture ski rentals which is tied to the building and they put the skis in the locker for you so it’s perfect.

Had an amazing first experience! Andrey is hands down the best! He went out of his way to make sure we had an incredible stay! Room was clean and very comfortable and made you feel like you were at home. Location is perfect, the bus system stops right across the street from the property to take you through Lionshead and Vail Village. Would 1000% recommend!
