Clean and Safe. Crisp white linen and fresh brilliant white towels. The room was small but ample with a nice clean smell. Safe open parking, behind a locked gate for vehicles. The host/booking manager, Maria-Luis was super friendly, helpful, and caring. The restaurant, Ferradura, found just around the corner (30mt) is well-priced for good traditional meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner). I will stay at Hotel Santiago in Vagos if ever in the region again. Thank You Maria-Luis for making our stay so much more pleasant. Top Budget Accommodation.

Hotel located near places to visit, you need a car to get around. Small but very cozy, impeccably clean, free parking but in the surroundings you had a good area to park. Fair breakfast, with toast, some cold cuts and pastries, juice and a coffee machine, but it's okay. The staff is very friendly and attentive to any need you may have. Especially Tiago, a very nice guy, he speaks very good Spanish. They allow pets and it is appreciated that you can find places like that. There is a good quality price relation. We had a very pleasant stay.

Hemos venido de vacaciones y la verdad todo muy bien, hasta que hoy pese de haber pagado 2 habitaciones triples, nos hayan cobrado 240 EUR extra (120 EUR/niño). Pese que la habitación sea para 3 huéspedes según se indica en ******* nos dicen que el 3° huésped (niño)tiene suplemento. La verdad una barbaridad, no recomiendo el hotel por ese motivo, creó que el cargo es abusivo y engañoso. Entiendo que nos cobren el desayuno extra, 7.50 EUR por niño y día, igual a 45 EUR. Pero de 45 a 240 EUR me parece un robo. Hemos puesto un mensaje con nuestro desconforme al hotel y esperemos que de hoy al domingo 18.8.24 nos den una solución/respuesta. Habitación 206

Excelente em limpeza, atendimento, e qualidade preço. Não temos nada de negativo a apontar. Excelente pequeno almoço para a categoria do hotel e ainda tem estacionamento privado. Parabéns. Não se procura luxo mas qualidade. É assim que se recebe em Portugal. Com qualidade fora das grandes cidades.
