Stay away! Do yourself a bug favor and don't stay atbthis jotel. It is NOT worth your money. Very disapointing stay. No hot water in the evening - this is supposed to be a hotel... rooms are old and have a bad smell. Poor breakfast..not enought tables to sit and eat.. we had to eat on a karum board ( see pics) Don't pay more then 1000 rupee per night for this place. So, if you care about getting value for your money and like to stay at nice places- DO NOT STAY HERE!

The resort is good with comfortable rooms and other facilities. The breakfast needs to be upgraded as have little choices.

Went with my wife and kid, and it was the most horrible experience from the front desk itself. I did my bookings through Agoda and it was clearly written in my booking that we are booking the room for 2 adults and one 10 year old kid, to our surprise the owner sitting at the front desk told there is some error and you have to pay extra for the 10 year old kid, she did not even want to connect with Agoda team and asked us to sort it with Agoda and made us wait for 1.5 hours at the reception not even allowing us to check in. Eventually she asked us to pay extra in cash without giving the GST bill. The ordeal did not end there. The manager at the breakfast counter gave us a bill for a supposed to be complementary breakfast and behaved so inappropriately and when we said we will put this in the review he said yes go ahead we don't care! The are a bunch of crooks who do not even understand H of Hospitality. Please avoid this Resort at all cost, they will ruin your holiday!

Very much disappointed,almost from every thing! we was 6 people,we took 3 rooms with a private pool. Very dirty, very noisy ,the reception never helped for asking ,Foods was terrible !! Expensive for nothing! Not even for half price. Never again leoney !!!

The place is good and we'll maintained however the service is very bad. They charge so much with zero cancelation. The room service is slow. The breakfast place is too small and the spread is limited. Fresh tea or coffee is on chargeable basis. The the containers were always empty. And the officer incharge kept saying the kitchen is closed. Simple tea(chargeable ones) toom more than an hour. I will not recommended this place in case you are looking for a comfortable trip. Not value for money.

Rooms are decent size but needs some maintenance.(bathroom door is pealing off & looks shabby) At 10:30am there no water in any tap on the 2nd day of the stay.(sat) Garden is maintained very well. We were in the room and a staff tried to open our door and when we opened the door to see who is trying to open the door the staff went to another door saying he was supposed to open another door and this happened twice so be careful. Excellent place to stay as the rooms are good and clean. Hot water is available through out the day. Only issue is the restaurant which is too expensive. We just had plain white rice and fish curry that would normally cost 100 to 150 costed us Rs.350. Thandoor chicken when ordered was a shock as a small piece was given for Rs. 450. Lunch preparation took almost an hour. Close to the beach. Have a pool beside the restaurant. Individual cottages are the best part.

I stayed here with some friends few days back. This is not a 3 star property at all. Only the exterior is good rooms are dirty and filthy. As the owner has hired a few girls and is behind them since morning to evening to get the exterior of the resort clean so that ppl get fooled by the appearance from outside. Rooms have ants, bugs, lizards. The bedsheets, linen, towels etc everything in the room is dirty. Dirty bathrooms, showers and taps not working properly. The furniture, mattresses, pillows etc is very old and non maintained. There is no shower gel, body lotion, shower cap etc not even the basics in the room. No packaged drinking water also which is the most basic need. The resort doesn't have a restaurant some person from outside has been hired who provides limited food options. No chef or proper cook is available so whoever is available makes the food and whatever is made you have to eat that. The cups, plates, kettles are also dirty. They advertise saying its recently renovated but it is not renovated from inside rooms are not worth even 1k. I have attached some pictures of the room you can see it for yourself. We had booked 3 rooms all were equally filthy with dirty. Only good point abt this resort is the swimming pool thats it. Otherwise everything is bad. Strictly Avoid this place you can get many good options in this area !!!
