Golden Tulip Goa, Vagator

Everything was really great except there were few misquotes on the day we checked in. Overall great location to explore Goa.

The atmosphere the room and the staff was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend the stay here. It was value for money and time

We checked in on November 7, 2025, in the afternoon, but by evening one of our friends had a family emergency and we had to rush back immediately. We informed the hotel and requested a refund for one night since we were checking out early. The reception manager, Ms. Pooja, assured us that she would accept the refund request via Goibibo. However, later we were shocked to find out that Ms. Pooja rejected our request without any valid reason, despite being fully aware of our situation. Ms. Pooja’s attitude was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic courtesy or empathy. Such behavior is unacceptable from someone representing the front desk and dealing directly with guests. Frankly, Ms. Pooja is not fit to handle guest relations or hold a managerial post. As for the hotel itself, it was in terrible condition. The rooms were untidy, the pool was poorly maintained, and there were so many mosquitoes that it was impossible to stand at the reception for even a minute. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Strongly not recommended. This property and its staff, especially Ms. Pooja, reflect everything a guest should avoid.

The worst property ever in the whole of GOA. At the lobby, pushed out of the room at 11am. Asking Rs. 3000 for 3 extra hours of extension.
