linen were dirty, room has locks that are not functional/fragile. overall property is not well kept.

It is an average room. The door lock is in very bad condition. Similarly, the windows and doors were in a very poor condition with no locks.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, with a perfect blend of comfort and elegance.
