The food Quality was awesome and the staff is very helpful and very professional. Note: need to think on the price. Little overpriced. It's a humble request to look into this and change the price. A special thank to Ritesh and the staff for the great service they provided.

Hotel services are good, providing airport transfers, chartered services. Hotel breakfast is good, pizza, juice are delicious, the room is not very big, the room decoration is average. The hotel is in the city, not very far from the airport, it is more convenient.

This hotel is located in one of the inner roads of Alkapuri in Vadodara. I stayed for 1 night on business trip. Checkin-checkout was convenient. I stayed on MAP plan (breakfast and dinner free ***** with room). Both breakfast and dinner had sumptuous spread with lot of items. Food was tasty and service was good. Hotel has a very small pool too. Tip- room nose 205, 305 are bigger in size compared to normal rooms.

I had a lovely stay at the Four Points in Vadodara. Stayed only for one nights but had a great experience. A special thank you to Preety , Raj & Sarthak who took a lot of care of me and made sure my breakfast and dinner was an enjoyable experience . Thank you and See you soon :-)

The direct walk in rates are way too high as compared with the service and the facilities provided by this property. The lift is too small. One should not expect a bell boy to escort you toward ur room while check in. The room size was good but not upto the mark. The bathroom is small even in the premium room. They have only hand cum overhead shower which was also not in good condition. The worst part was their room service which shuts by 10:30pm. I checked in at 10pm, called room service for ordering food at 10:38 pm and they refused me saying the kitchen is closed. They asked me to order from swiggy or Zomato. This kind of service can be expected from a 2 star or a lodge type of hotels. All the above really proves how much they care for their guests. I would never ever stay at the this property again. There are lot ***y better options around and this property can be avoided.

I had a very great experience with Great location, staff were very humble, supportive and very dedicated towards their duty, Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and spacious rooms with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive. I was very pleased with my stay. I like the morning breakfast alot. Good for business travellers with a very affordable price.
