stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay here. Their breakfast quality and services are top class. Service staff was very attentive and offered various dishes which were not part of the buffet but were served freshly made and offered. Room and bathroom was cleaned, all amenities were provided. Will surely come and stay here again. Location was fantastic, very close to Alkapuri / office.

Visited vadodara first time, and stayed here for around 10 days. I must say the location, the staff, ample parking space, good wifi speed, nice food.. almost everything was nice and good.. It is almost in the main city center, specially evening time was very good when u walk through the alkapuri area. I would give 10/10 for its location. It is one of the best area of vadodara and in the evening it looks so lively. You can commute anywhere within vadodara from here, easy to get auto, cabs etc. Overall nice experience, will surely stay again here. Thanks Best Western... Thanks Vadodara...

Nice large, clean room with comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom with excellent shower. Staff were attentive but didn’t like the loitering for a tip when all they were doing was bringing things to you that should have been in the room in the first place. Sadly lots of mosquitos in the bathroom as screen has completely rusted away. Rubbish tip outside bathroom window and i think animals may have been rummaging through during the night. Leaking downpipe right outside window. Staff too noisy until too late at night and too early in the morning. They have the most annoying sensor activated ding dong bell that goes off constantly at all hours. Seems to attract very inconsiderate guests that feel as though they are allowed to return to the property at all hours at full volume. Constant door banging the whole time we were there.

Had heard great things about Kabir Hotel and it certainly did not disappoint! Rooms were comfortable and spacious and hotel staff could not do enough to help! I definitely recommend eating at the both restaurants (Signature & Gazebo) as the food is incredible and there are many dishes to choose from! Would definitely visit again!

This place is an absolute sham. All the good reviews here are either paid or by their inner circle. The list is an absolutely endless one - 1. Absolute rude, arrogant, and disrespectful reception, staff and the entire team 2. No basic things provided in the room - no water, no towels, no toiletries 3. Untidy and Dirty rooms - if you complain to them about it, they will say this is how it is, and you can leave if you wish to 4. I paid for the early check-in and they expect me to leave the next day at the same time and not the regular checkout time or they will charge you for that - tell me one hotel that has such absurd pricing policy. If a customer is paying for early checkin and has already paid for the regular day stay, how can you ask the customer to leave as per the time of early-checkin 5. No courtesy to offer any help to senior citizens who had luggage accompanying with them Please save yourself and NEVER EVER even think of staying there. You can stay happily on the roads of Vadodra but never in this hotel.

New and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. Especially entrance and reception, it feels like you are entering at train station, as they will not even help with luggage when scanning bags.
