The service here is incredible. I brang my mum here for holiday and to see some family and the staff here have been wonderful to me and my mum. She has enjoyed talking to all the staff who are respectable and responsive towards my mother from the security, front desk, mynt restaurant and cleaning staff, everyone has provided incredible service and have been so nice to us during our stay. I can't describe how happy I am that everyone has made my stay so comfortable especially for my mum and I appreciate everyone so much for their hospitality. I have been here a few times before and will always continue to stay here in my future arrivals in Vadodara. The Mynt Restaurant is incredible and the staff there are amazing! You must go for the experience, you won't regret it!

All over nice experience. Nice food. Nice staff,good service ..checking the process is fast . The check out process is fast . No wait . In room dine food is really very good. The hotel interior is good. The room is really good . Breakfast is really good. It's a mix of gujrati,south Indian ,and north side food .all over very good and nice hotel

So this was the first time we were travelling with our 16 month old daughter and were worried about what would she eat. She has only eaten home cooked Khichdi, oats, poha etc. But from the moment we checked in Vivanta was so accommodative for the daughters food. They assured we will give you baby food 24/7 whenever you request for it. The rooms were amazing, the service was fantastic. The pool area was clean and not crowded with temperate controlled water. The breakfast service was great, when i requested the manager that if we can take a little pongal in a cup to the room to feed with banana. They were so generous to say "why do you even ask Sir". Please gp ahead. If you want some milk, we will send that too. We stayed for 2 nights and it was a fantastic experience. We had a flight at 7am in the morning,so they packed amazing 2 box of breakfast with eggs, bread, fruits, cakes. Great Hospitality by the fantastic staff.

Excellent service from the time we arrived as Taj always makes you feel welcome and special. Though we were assigned a Twin room due to limited availability it was comfortable enough for us to rest after a tiring trip from Ajmer. In the morning Ms. Neelima and Chef Tanaji ensured we were well fed before starting again on a long drive back home. Really appreciate each and every gesture by team Taj to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall stay was excellent with good spread of the breakfast and live counter options. Neelima at the entry desk helped us with the options explained very nicely about the hotel and the options at the restaurant. Chef Tanaji at the live counter, Vikas, Rajendra and everyone were very cooperative and prepared delicious breakfasts. Overall it was a pleasant stay and a nice and peaceful location.

My stay at Taj Vivanta Vadodara was truly exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the thoughtfulness and warmth of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. In the restaurant, Mr. Pradeep Negi, Mr. Tanaji, Ms. Neelima, Mr. Sunil, and Chef Anna went above and beyond to ensure our food preferences were perfectly catered to. I especially loved starting my day with the ginger concoction. Mr. Yagnesh, the flute player, created a magical ambiance that added to the experience. At the entrance, the security and valet staff—Ms. Aiyesha, Ms. Gita, Mr. Uday, and Mr. Prabhakar—always welcomed us with broad smiles, making the hotel feel like a second home. At the reception, Mr. Gopal and Ms. Priyanka were instrumental in helping us plan day trips to nearby attractions, allowing us to make the most of our visit. The housekeeping team, including Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Bhaskar, greeted me warmly every time I left my room, always wishing me a wonderful day with a cheerful smile. Overall, it was a heartwarming experience, and I look forward to returning. I’ll certainly be recommending Taj Vivanta Vadodara to friends and family.

Best hospitality by Taj always! 😊 None can beat Taj's service and hospitality. Best food, authentic cuisine and comfortable stay with good facilities. We all had a wonderful time during our stay here. Kai Asia is a restaurant to be loved and enjoyed for it ambience and food. Taj Vivanta in Vadodara is one of best in our list.
