The location is not the best. Not the most accessible to the main center.
Rooms are more or less clean, sheets could have stains which you can get changed.
The washroom doesn’t have proper ventilation. The pot has hard yellow stains, the shower area is not well maintained and the blinds for the washroom glass may not work. Only thing good were the towel quality.
You could stay at a better property, book only if everything else is expensive.

Great restaurant, smooth check in and check out.. no concierge service..hot water pressure inadequate but all in all great place.. road works outside does not help.

The hotel room was good, staff were welcoming and well behaved. In fact, the house keeping staff were experienced and very humble, 24x7 available on a call. One of the staff has helped me to know about the near by places to do shopping. Much appreciated gesture by this guy. Breakfast was one the best I had in a few years while a hotel stay, again the restaurant staff was awesome. I have been the regular customer of Fern since a couple of years and found this hotel one of the best. I will definitely recommend this hotel to the tourists.

Amazing food and stay as always. Sabita, Tanima and reception manager Mr Vinay was made sure the stay was comfortable. Kudos team Fern.

Room service and house keeping staff are of good behavior. Room was neat and clean. Meal offered by hotel is testy and healthy nature. Restaurant staff are also good.
