It is a well maintained beach resort just one to one & half hours from the Chennai Airport (depends on the traffic) and is full fledged ...means you have the sea..the beach...spacious AC rooms...Bar & DJ arrangements...AC halls...swimming pool with Jacuzzi....Veg & non veg delicacies ....A big Stage amidst lawns for holding events ....all these at sensible enough price.Me & my wife stayed for two days there and enjoyed the stay esp. the sea breeze and lots of greenery all around.The plus point is that the crocodile park is just adjacent to it and Maamallapuram temples also at only half hour distance from it.

Excellent stay. Location is very pleasant nearby beach. Pool, games n food are really good. Places surrounding are well maintained. Games lounge is well equipped with air conditioning. Staffs are very courteous. I would recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

The rooms are clean, good sized and the front desk staff, housekeeping staff is very helpful and friendly. Their breakfast spread is good. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and service was good. Decent hotel to stay. Good helping staff. All the tourist places are near. The place was so refreshing and definitely will recommend for others. Thanks for giving us such a wonderful experience.. The best part of resort was the trees and lush green. Garden ***** with delicious food. We will prefer this resort while planning for next visit . We will recommend to our friends and we'll wishers also, Very good hospitality by the entire team, rooms are spacious.

Very nice rooms, indoor restaurant and food was really good. One of the best complementary breakfast we had in Chennai area. Electric buggie vehicle is available to transport luggage and elderly. Beach is just on the back of resort. Swimming pool and indoor games are fun .. Very highly recommended...

Shelter Beach Resort have nice ambience.We enjoyed well with our kids.Staffs also very friendly........I will recommend to others definitely......It looks very greenery....Playing area are very neat and clean even we enjoyed the activities
