Nice ambiance and good sea view. Good swimming pool with short height, good for kids. Budget seafood at restaurant, but limited seats. Morning breakfast is good and staffs are very friendly. I recommend this resort for family members and office staffs for events.

Think twice before thinking of... To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service my wife and I received at your resort on the morning of Wednesday, August 27, 2025. We were guests for a wedding that began at 4:30 AM, and our experience was deeply upsetting and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. Upon reaching the resort gate at 5:00 AM, we were denied vehicle access to the wedding venue by the security staff. Despite being told that no battery cars were available because the drivers were "sleeping," we were forced to walk nearly 800 meters to the venue. As a couple in our 70s, this was a significant and unreasonable physical strain. When I contacted the front office for assistance, I spoke with an individual named Mr. Sivanesan. His behavior was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience, he was argumentative and blamed me for not calling him directly from the entrance. He then abruptly hung up the phone while I was still speaking. The lack of accountability and professionalism was further highlighted when another employee, who witnessed the interaction, showed no reaction when I mentioned that I would be leaving a review. This incident, combined with the security guard's refusal to assist, strongly suggests a systemic issue with your staff's attitude and your management's commitment to guest satisfaction. The disregard for the well-being of elderly guests, the poor communication, and the outright disrespectful behavior of your staff are unacceptable. My experience leads me to believe that your management does not take guest complaints seriously and that the positive reviews you may have are not reflective of the true guest experience. I expect a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action to be taken regarding the employees involved. I also expect a formal response acknowledging the severity of this incident. Great experience there with my family......We enjoyed well and staffs are very friendly.....Room is very neat and clean.....

The outing was very well enjoyed by the team members... staffs are so supporting . Food is good as well. The menu is very customizable as well.

We had hosted the wedding of my daughter at Shelter Beach Resorts and Mr. Arul had gone the extra mile to make sure the function went beautifully. The Sangeet dinner and Muhurtham breakfast was excellent and the guests were overall very impressed with the venue, the arrangements and the food.

Rooms were very clean and neat. Access to private beach and swimming pool enjoyed lot..good place to stay. Kite show was arranged evening and we had nice time with kid. Overall good place to stay as family. Breakfast variety can be increased and it seems to normal food.
