Very good for big familly!

Except for minor errors, everything works well. With a few exceptions, we have been coming back here for almost 30 years

I wanted to extend my stay by one more day, but at the reception I was told that they were not able to arrange it for me in their system and that I had to do it myself. At first, they told me that there was no availability at all, that the hotel was fully booked. Then, they told me to do it online by myself. When I finally managed to find the room online, they could not confirm that I would be given the room and said I would have to wait until 4 p.m., because they could not see it in their system. The way I was told was quite arrogant and unfriendly. The staff were unhelpful and incompetent (a girl and a guy). They were laughing at me upon my departure. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. I have been coming to Lanterna on a regular basis and this has not happened for the first time - it seems the reception staff (some workers) have no idea what they are doing - very unhelpful. (how to upload customers ´reward points in the system, they have no idea if the room is available earlier than at 4 o ´clock, one guy at the reception was not able to advise me on how it works if I need to charge my mobile…) Regarding the room equipment, I booked an apartment for 3 people (2+1), however there were 2 beds and 1 armchair that turns into a bed which is absolutely not acceptable for a grown up man:(. We like the area here but the service at the reception is very poor. Michaela
