The room was very cold. Our requests to turn on the heating were ignored. We never got any hot water in the evening. Overall, the room was large and nice.

Hayat Rose is one of the best hotels in stayed at in Uzungol. Mahmood was the best person i dealt with, very helpful and friendly. Location wise it close to restaurants, children pay grounds, it has an excellent burger restaurant within the hotel. Very clean and cosy.

Хороший отель с удачным расположением. Номера нам понравились, удобные кровати, есть все необходимое. Народу было, поэтому никого не слышали. Стабильный интернет, что приятно удивило, учитывая местность. Хороший персонал, нам даже разрешили позже выехать. Рекомендую сразу купить в номер средство от комаров.
