The location is amazing, overlooking the lake, the room is large, and the restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent. The guys are respectful

Location and view are perfect, breakfast is average, staff isnt trained well, most of them are tough and rude, room doors and windows aren’t good, you cant close them totally, in winter u must get ill ,heating system is closed in the morning, so suddenly while you are sleeping the heater get closed, ill again

Hello, I made a reservation 1 month in advance to stay with my family on April 20, 2023. I specifically understood that the room would be for 3 people, so that the beds would be 1 double and 1 single. I sent the deposit 1 month in advance, but when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that this room had been given to someone else. That's why it was only for a double person. They said there were rooms with beds, so we had to stay in 2 separate rooms. The double rooms are worth 5, the bathrooms are disgusting, you can't take a shower, the rooms are full of dust. The breakfast is very poor, the breakfast plate is definitely not there again. You can't eat anywhere around Uzungöl.
