Nice and friendly hotel in medieval city. Canoeing and walking trails are nearby. It's family run, and serve a good breakfast. We enjoyed the view of the river and the gardens from our room. It was rainy when we visited but the gardens would be lovely in better weather.

The proprietors were very friendly, the room clean and bright. Breakfast was good. The hotel overlooks the river and has a pretty garden as well as a full restaurant. Uzerche is a small, lovely walled town, with some walking trails nearby and a river for canoeing or kayaking.

Really good value, pleasant 2 star hotel, for a 1 night stay in Uzerche. Check-in and out were handled efficiently and pleasantly - the staff were all great. We had a nicely decorated (albeit small) room on the 2nd floor (stairs only), with great views. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. Nicer than I'd expect for a 2 star hotel. We also ate dinner in the restaurant, on the terrace overlooking the river - a good meal at a very good price, with excellent service. You can even use the large lawn below the hotel, by the river. And its a pleasant walk up to the old parts of town. It's very quiet at this time of year (end of May) but I understand the town will get busier as summer heats up.

Don’t be put off by this hidden gems star rating ! Very clean , nice staff and ideally located ! Hopefully we will be back to stay in the future ! Don’t hesitate book this pretty little hotel 👍 The breakfast was also very nice , excellent walks close by the town ! We met the owner a gentleman !

We received a very warm welcome, and staff were helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable. In the restaurant we had an excellent choice of freshly prepared and fine quality food and wine.

Nous n’avons pas séjourner à l’hôtel, mais nous y avons déjeuner. Produit de qualité et recherche de plats.. je recommande fortement cet établissement avec une vue sur la Vézère. Les tables sont espacées. En été la terrasse doit être agréable

Accueil irréprochable du gérant D’une gentillesse remarquable il a su répondre à nos attentes Petit Hôtel de Ville mais agréable et surtout très calme Chambres propres Centre ville superbe avec un centre ville historique avec un restaurant gastronomique que je recommande Le treille muscade

Mon séjour à l'Ambroise Hotel a été des plus agréables. J'ai grandement apprécié l'hospitalité et le sens du relationnel du dirigeant. L'emplacement de l'hôtel, offrant une vue imprenable sur Uzerche, est tout simplement magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était généreux et servi avec rapidité. Les chambres étaient d'une propreté exemplaire et dotées d'un décor moderne. Le service fourni par le personnel était impeccable. Je recommande chaudement cet établissement pour un séjour des plus confortables et reposant.
