The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was nice, but it took some time to get hot water. The front desk was mostly helpful. It’s a bit of a misnomer to be called a Restobar, as there’s an indication of a restaurant. There is no restaurant: breakfast is served, but no other meals. All that said, I would recommend this accommodation to someone traveling to Uyuni.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The cleanliness and comfort of the environment were outstanding. The staff was exceptionally courteous and polite, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

I was there for 1 night and we had very very bad experience. 1)when we arrive room was not what trip.com showed!!!!! ( it’s misleading and bad for you guys) 2)in the morning I was late for airport due to he only had Very Very I mean very HOT water and no cold or mix water at all, so I had to clean my self with WET TOWEL & my wife didn’t take Shawer due to Hot water was extremely HoT😡😡😡😡 We are very very very upset & I want 100% full refund or I will not work will Trip.com any longer. As you can see we travel 160 days out of 365 days a year so look after this case immediately. Waiting for my refund 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Thanks Hiru Parsram

When I first checked in, the hotel door was always closed, which was a bit of a problem. And I couldn't figure out which button to use, so I was at a loss. Luckily the taxi driver who came back told me how to get there. The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful, so there were no problems.

I checked in at 5am, and they were very helpful. They offered me a free triple room because they didn't have a twin room that I had previously booked. The room was very warm, and the water in the shower and sink came out well. In particular, the shower wasn't the typical sunflower shower found in South America, which was great. The lobby and bar were also clean. This is the best accommodation I've ever stayed in in South America!
